Kingman, Arizona, June 27, 2014 – On Wednesday, June 25, Arizona State Senator Kelli Ward held a public forum to discuss public concerns regarding white vapor trails in the skies. Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) representatives Sherri Zendri and Beth Hager were on hand to answer questions from local residents who presented studies, personal research, and blood samples they claim prove that planes are spraying chemicals.
Senator Ward stated the meeting was a response to “relentless” communication from constituents who are concerned with vapor trails commonly called contrails or condensation trails. However, residents say the trails are not standard contrails but rather “chemtrails” being sprayed as part of a global program of weather manipulation. One resident claimed the difference between contrails and chemical trails is easy to spot because the contrails are short and dissipate quickly, while the chemtrails are long, dragged out, and criss-cross the sky.
Back in 2,150 BC, Emperor Yu sealed his place in China’s history of eminent rulers by controlling the Yellow River’s annual flood, saving waterlogged crops. Today China’s rulers face the opposite problem: It’s water scarcity that threatens farms. So instead of the Yellow River, the Chinese government is controlling the rain.
It does that by “cloud-seeding,” the colloquial term for rocket-launching chemicals into clouds, accelerating the creation of ice crystals that eventually become rain (China uses military aircraft too). This meteorological enema isn’t just handy for combating the country’s increasingly severe droughts and, supposedly, preventing hail. Local governments use “weather modification” to clear away lingering billows of air pollution.
California had yet another chance of rain completely “sprayed away”. The total precipitation from this storm for parts of Northern California where I live was only a few hundredths of an inch, the weather makers absolutely will not let the rain fall in our state for now. To give prospective to this my location is now some 250 inches short of rain for the last 7 years, that’s over 20 feet of rain. In contrast to the intentionally induced California drought, on Friday Palm Beach Florida got pounded with almost 24 inches of rain. Almost 2 feet of rain in a single day. This is geoengineering, this is literally “weather warfare”.

While much of the United States has experienced a weather year with fewer extremes and an easing drought, the record-breaking California drought – the worst since 1895 – is not leaving the region anytime soon, according to climatologists.

Though it was small-sized and weak, the KMA expected it may pick up strength and develop into a severe tropical storm (STS). […] The KMA […] said the two typhoons could meet. “When two or more typhoons collide, they affect each other’s path and strength. It’s called the Fujiwara effect,” said weather forecaster Hur Jin-ho. “Though we are expecting that they are moving along their own paths, there still is the possibility that the two could change course,” he said. Currently we have Typhoon Francisco, as a borderline Category 5 storm.. heading northwest towards Japan.
At the same time this is occurring, a large microwave pulse of some kind was detected BEHIND Typhoon Francisco…… then….. after the pulse.. a new tropical system develops directly in the center of the area which was pulsed.
At the direct epicenter of the pulse, we see Tropical Storm “TWENTY SEVEN” form. Looks like it will head on the same track as Francisco and Wipha. Lets hope it dies out.
The tornado that killed 18 people, including 4 storm chasers, west of Oklahoma City Friday was wider than any tornado ever observed or surveyed according to the National Weather Service and leading tornado researcher, Howard Bluestein. The massive El Reno, Okla. twister reached an unthinkable maximum width of 2.6 miles.
“This is the biggest ever,” Bluestein said.

The previous widest tornado record was the F4-rated (on the 0-5 scale) Wilber – Hallam, Nebraska twister that touched down on May 22, 2004. It had a maximum width of 2.5 miles.
The El Reno tornado, originally rated an EF-3 (on the 0-5 Enhanced Fujita scale), was also upgraded to an EF-5, the most intense class of twisters. The upgrade arose not due to the funnel’s width, but because of astonishing wind speed information sensed from several mobile doppler radar units that were in the field, staffed by research meteorologists.
Bluestein, a University of Oklahoma professor, said two of his graduate students clocked wind speeds as high as 296 mph on their mobile doppler unit while observing the storm from the east.

That 296 mph gust came close to matching the highest wind speed ever measured on Earth. Joshua Wurman, another leading tornado researcher who runs the Center for Severe Weather Research, and his team clocked 301 mph winds in a tornado that struck near Moore, Okla on May 3 1999.
Even as the mainstream media and a television-obsessed American public refuse to admit the existence of chemtrails and government-sponsored weather modification programs, the evidence continues to mount with ever-increasing speed that not only do these programs exist, but they are also effective and widespread.

The Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD), formally the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques is an international treaty prohibiting the military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques. It opened for signature on 18 May 1977 in Geneva and entered into force on 5 October 1978. The Convention bans weather warfare, which is the use of weather modification techniques for the purposes of inducing damage or destruction. The Convention on Biological Diversity of 2010 would also ban some forms of weather modification or geoengineering.[2]

While we are all focusing on the coming financial collapse, as bad as that is something much more sinister is in the works.

Also watch Grand Rapids , Grayling, Mio, Michigan— although the state of Michigan may just be the accellerator moving the storms along their track…. we shall see about michigan getting severe.. i don’t quite know yet on this… since it seems the whole state is covered by two of the rings…
The rest of the named areas can also be seen by pausing this video and making note of the area, and then compare 2 days later to see what was hit.
The red triangle on the map shows the tornado in Iowa.. also the blue shows Hail, the Yellow markers show damaging winds and hail, and the green markers indicate “strong cell” thunderstorms.
also, here is the HAARP ring forecast I made from about 24 hours ago… calling specifically for Omaha to Davenport to get severe up to tornados…
Severe weather up to and including tornadoes in the following areas over the next 24-48 hours. These specific cites names should receive the hardes part of each coming, yet currently unformed, storms.
215am CST 5/27/2011 … seen throughout Kansas, and into Colorado..
First a beam “outbreak”.. then a “ray signature” beams across the entire area.. then the “flare” occurs.. then the storms and wind change direction into the vortex created by each individual station.
here is the forecast where i specifically named Binghamton down to Scranton to get hit hard with severe up to tornados due to the HAARP Ring signature that appeared out of Binghamton New York.
Keep an eye on North and South Carolina, as well as Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana over the next 2 days from now 500am CST 5/26/2011 . Is this a severe weather maker like the HAARP ring signatures… or does this have a different effect?
I don’t know quite what to expect (if anything) from these “spiral vortex” RADAR signatures..
weather modification? we shall see.. watch the center of these “rotating vortex returns” for the next 48 hours..
