‘Understanding’ The Yin And Yang Of Foods

From the article:

“If you find yourself craving sweet or salty foods it can indicate an imbalance of yin or yang.”

… or you are just addicted to sugar and salt, which are both highly addictive.

“According to yin-yang philosophy, raw and cold foods are both yin. The nature of yin energy is relaxing but also expansive, which was evident in her expanded belly. Another symptom of an expanded yin condition is the inability to focus.”

We are the only animal on the planet that cooks (kills) its food. All other animals eat only raw food.

Inability to focus?

bull-elephantGorilla

Don’t bet on it!

Only our pets eat cooked food and they develop the same diseases of civilization that usually only humans (that cook & kill their food) suffer from.

“Her body was indeed very bloated around the abdomen.”

… from heavy detox-reactions and eating too much fruit. The diet of Schimpanzees and Gorillas consists of 50% green leaves and flowers.

The fruit sugar will be assimilated much slower into your blood stream, when you eat your fruits with green leaves like Schimpanzees do.

That is one of many reasons why we make ourselves green smoothies with our Vitamix.

A raw vegan diet kills parasites that do not belong into your gut which leads to bloating in the beginning and slowly helps to normalize the intestinal flora. It also detoxifies the body from all kinds of toxic garbage that has been stored over the years everywhere inside your body, because the body wasn’t able to get rid of it anymore and stored it where it caused the least damage.

The body only has a certain detox top speed. But now with a raw vegan diet (that is full of organic minerals, enzymes and vital energy) the body takes its chance and goes into full detox mode, which – after so many years of accumulating garbage – leads to heavy detox reactions (in the beginning).

You can do a lot (herbs, spices, coffee enemas, distilled water enemas) to soften those detox-reactions and to support your body doing its miraculous work.

Who can focus with a bloated and painful stomach and a body in full detox mode? In full detox mode you are supposed to relax, heal, rest and step aside and let the body do its work.

To help normalize her yin condition, I recommended she eat more yang foods such as different types of whole grains, sea vegetables, miso, sea salt, and root vegetables, and that she cook her food. This diet worked.

Sure, this diet worked, because the body is now busy with detoxifying from toxic inorganic salt, soy & cooked foods (cooking kills the enzymes and turns organic minerals into inorganic minerals) and so it stops its ‘spring cleaning’ and goes back to its ‘survive as long as possible under difficult conditions modus’.

Well done! You’ve just slowed down and maybe even blocked (the beginning of) a successful rejuvenation and healing process.

But as she said:

“The ancient Chinese philosophy of yin and yang may sound obscure and difficult to understand for many of us living in the West.”

I think she got that one right.

Understanding the Yin and Yang of Foods (The Epoch Times, March 22, 2014):

By Margaret Trey, Ph.D

The ancient Chinese philosophy of yin and yang may sound obscure and difficult to understand for many of us living in the West. Yet when we understand a few basics about the yin and yang nature of foods, we can put our knowledge to very practical use, such as weight loss and cutting cravings.

Let us begin with the story about Doreen (not her real name), who was one of my regular clients years ago. One time, upon my return from a three-week vacation, she came to see me saying she felt bloated and was experiencing difficulty focusing on her job at a stock exchange.

Study: ‘Thunder God Vine’ (Lei Gong Teng – Tripterygium Wilfordii) Compound Annihilates Cancer In 40 Days

Thunder god vine compound annihilates cancer in 40 days, researchers discover (Natural News, May 13, 2013):

Rarely known outside traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), lei gong teng or “thunder god vine” is stunning Western researchers with its ability to stop cancer in its tracks – in as little as forty days. Used for its health enhancing qualities for more than 2,000 years in China, the West is beginning to recognize the astounding benefits of the vine for treating cancer, giving new hope to those who suffer from the most deadly forms of the disease.

Thunder god vine compound swiftly conquers cancer

Lei gong teng (Tripterygium wilfordii) is native to China, Japan and Korea where it has long been valued for its distinct anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive and anti-cancer properties. Supplying ample amounts of the active compound triptolide, the herb demonstrates substantial success in eradicating cancerous tumors.

Researchers at the University of Minnesota Masonic Cancer Center discovered that mice treated with triptolide for 40 days showed no further incidence of tumors, even after ceasing treatment. Ashok Saluja, vice chairman of research and the study’s leader, told Bloomberg, “You could see every day you looked at those mice, the tumor was decreasing and decreasing, and then just gone.”

Scientists at John Hopkins School of Medicine also found extracts of lei gong teng to be effective in eliminating cancerous tumors. Jun O. Liu, Ph.D., professor of pharmacology and molecular sciences at Johns Hopkins, notes:

“… triptolide has been shown to block the growth of all 60 U.S. National Cancer Institute cell lines at very low doses, and even causes some of those cell lines to die.”

Chinese Suppress Acupuncture Discoveries

Chinese Suppress Acupuncture Discoveries (August 19, 2011):

Professor Yingqing Zhang

Zang’s discoveries would make acupuncture too simple and if everybody could do it, there would be no need for acupuncturists and there would be less work for doctors.

Twenty five hundred years ago, ancient Chinese physicians began to note that when a person is ill that there are certain corresponding points elsewhere on the body that were also sore and tender.

By rubbing this points they were amazed that it stimulated healing. Soon they learned that inserting needles into these points was just as effective but less work and the art of acupuncture was born.

The Aztec and Mayan civilizations also noticed this effect and to this day their shamans and even common folk have learned to use a limited yet effective form of acupressure called “sobando”.

Not much is known about Professor Yingqing Zhang’s life. He was born in 1947. We know that he worked in medicine in Inner Mongolia during the Cultural Revolution. He eventually became a professor at Shandong University in China.

While alive he gained fame for his work. He received recognition from President Bill Clinton. Jian Zemin, President and Wen Jiabao Vice Premier of China both personally visited with Prof. Zhang for diagnosis and treatment.

He won first prize at the Paris International Fair of Inventions for inventing the electroeciwograph, a diagnostic tool based upon his discoveries. With such fame his enemies dared not work in the open.

His cause of death is unknown and it is unknown when or where he died. It is assumed he died in 2004 in Shandong, PRC. Upon his death, his department was shut down and his life’s works including all textbooks and over a million original case studies were destroyed.

What is it that the Chinese medical establishment wants to destroy and cover up?

What’s Missing From Every Media Story about H1N1 Influenza

Tamiflu drug made with cocktail of chemical ingredients, linked with bizarre behavior (Natural News)

(NaturalNews) If you read the stories on H1N1 influenza written by the mainstream media, you might incorrectly think there’s only one anti-viral drug in the world. It’s name is Tamiflu and it’s in short supply.

That’s astonishing to hear because the world is full of anti-viral medicine found in tens of thousands of different plants. Culinary herbs like thyme, sage and rosemary are anti-viral. Berries and sprouts are anti-viral. Garlic, ginger and onions are anti-viral. You can’t walk through a grocery store without walking past a hundred or more anti-viral medicines made by Mother Nature.

And yet how many does the mainstream media mention? Zero.

The totality of influenza preparedness is defined by the mainstream media as the number of doses of Tamiflu a nation has stockpiled. You see it in stories like this one at the Wall Street Journal: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124…

Tamiflu comes from an herb

To live in a world that’s saturated with natural anti-viral medicine and then not even acknowledge it in the media is beyond bizarre. It’s Twilight Zone-like. It’s like we’ve been teleported to an alternate universe where anti-viral plants have disappeared… or at least everyone is pretending they have.

Where do you think Tamiflu comes from, by the way?

It’s extracted from the Traditional Chinese Medicine herb called Star Anise. It’s one of hundreds of different anti-viral herbs found in Chinese Medicine, not to even mention anti-viral herbs from South America, North America, Australia, Africa and other regions.

I find it downright comedic that Big Pharma and the world’s health authorities extract their “champion” anti-viral drug Tamiflu from a Chinese Medicine herb, and then they go out of their way to announce to people that herbs and natural remedies are useless against influenza. If that’s the case then why are they using herbs to make their own medicine?
