NYU Professor and Mexico’s former Secretary of Foreign Affairs Jorge Castañeda says Mexico should allow drug cartels to flood narcotics into the United States to punish President Trump deporting illegal immigrants and building the wall. Media analyst Mark Dice has the story.
I’ve watched Alex Jones many years ago come out and say something like, “Don’t rebel, that is what they want”, when in fact that is what TPTB were afraid of (back then).
Now, nearing the greatest financial collapse in world history, they will at one point want you to rebel, sitting in their D.U.M.B.’s (Deep Underground Military Bunkers), opening some legendary Chateau Mouton or Lafite Rothschild bottles, while the people run out of food, having only guns and ammo left.
Find out who funds Alex Jones and who is working for him.
Drudge and Alex are aiding and abetting the enemy RIGHT NOW. Let me say it like it is: The second amendment is a declaration of violence against tyranny. If people refuse to get violent, and do not hold the threat of violence over tyranny as it steals the election, they will be as ineffective at stopping tyranny as a baby stroller against a semi.
We all know an attempt to steal the election will happen. The only thing that will stop it from happening is the threat of direct physical action from the people. Absent a direct physical action, it will all be ADIOS because the people who have this nation by the throat in the final death shake won’t let go until someone either grabs them physically and pulls them into a prison cell, or shoots them full of holes.
Look folks, if people can be brainwashed into thinking a non-violent revolution can happen after an election is stolen, THE SECOND AMENDMENT IS NULL AND VOID. Yep. You have your gun, JUST DONT USE IT. Nope. Because violence is WRONG WRONG WRONG. Continue reading »
A new ballot measure being considered by voters in Washington State, officially referred to a Initiative Measure 1491, would allow authorities to seize guns from people considered “significantly more likely to commit violence toward themselves or others in the near future.” The legislation would allow authorities with a court order to seize an individual’s guns for a period of up to 1 year. Under the measure, gun owners would have the right to appeal a court order to have their guns returned but would have no ability to block the upfront confiscation.
The full text of Initiative Measure 1491 is included at the end of this post but below are a couple of key excerpts:
This act is designed to temporarily prevent individuals who are at high risk of harming themselves or others from accessing firearms by allowing family, household members, and police to obtain a court order when there is demonstrated evidence that the person poses a significant danger, including danger as a result of a dangerous mental health crisis or violent behavior. It has been foreseen around 1950 by an outstanding seer (Alois Irlmaier) that the US will get the greatest revolution of all time. The same seer also foresaw back then a weak flawed currency coming after the German mark, the migrant crisis, hyperinflation and revolution coming to Europe, directly followed by WW3.
Just three days ago, as Hillary Clinton “short-circuited”, we noted “the only question is whether Trump can keep his mouth shut long enough to give Hillary more chances to stick her foot in hers.” Unfortunately, despite the potential for the Orlando shooter’s father to play on tonight’s media spin, Trump has managed to once again refocus media attention all on himself – by noting that “maybe ‘2nd Amendment people’ can stop Hillary Clinton.”
Donald Trump on Tuesday seemed to suggest to his supporters that one way to avoid a potential President Hillary Clinton getting to select multiple Supreme Court nominees would be by way of armed revolt.
“Hillary wants to abolish, essentially abolish, the Second Amendment,” Trump began.
“By the way, if she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is.” Continue reading »
At a time when it’s more important than ever to maintain the right of the American people to keep and bear arms for self-defense, law professor David S. Cohen is calling for repeal of the Second Amendment.
“Americans’ rights are in mortal danger,” he says, unless Hillary Clinton is elected president and stacks the Supreme Court with progressive judges.
In the repeatedly discredited rag, Rolling Stone, Cohen writes, “sometimes we just have to acknowledge that the Founders and the Constitution are wrong. This is one of those times. . . . The Second Amendment needs to be repealed because it is outdated, a threat to liberty and a suicide pact.” Continue reading »
The agency’s source of power has always been fear.
And now is the time to capitalize upon it.
Homeland Security chief Jeh Johnson has seized upon the Orlando shooting and is… rather predictably… using the specter of terrorism as a pretext for instituting gun control on a wider scale. (Of course, he isn’t alone.)
A New York Times editorial advocates for a new law allowing a secret court to take away citizens’ right to own a gun at the discretion of the federal government.
Citing the Orlando terror attack that left 50 dead including the shooter and 53 wounded at a gay nightclub, the piece advocates for a “no-buy” list similar to “no-fly” lists. Under the law, suspected terrorists would not be able to buy a gun. In an attempt to ensure the integrity of the lists and preserve due process, the author proposes people only be added to this no-buy list after a secret court rules they are ineligible, similar to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court hearings where the federal government obtains permission to wiretap. Under this proposal, an American who has never been convicted of a crime could be denied their right to buy a gun simply because a secret court decided it should be that way. Continue reading »
Supporter urges Clinton to take on “the sons and daughters of Charlton Heston”
Hillary Clinton plans to use executive orders to chip away at the gun rights of American citizens.
During an event in Philadelphia, a Hillary-supporting gun control advocate rose to urge Clinton to take on “the sons and daughters” of former NRA icon and legendary actor Charlton Heston. Continue reading »
In a somewhat stunning decision, SkyNews reports that a US judge has ruled that the families of victims in the 2012 massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School can sue the maker of the weapon used in the attack, arguing the Bushmaster rifle is a military weapon that should not have been sold to civilians.
President Barack Obama formally announced plans to expand background checks to buy guns and impose other restrictions on firearms through executive action. The order bypasses Congress, further feeding sentiments about the administration’s overreach.
Obama’s emotional address, made from the East Room of the White House on Tuesday, was the latest in a series of attempts to make gun regulations stricter, this time without the help of Congress.
“Every year, more than 30,000 Americans have their lives cut short by guns,” Obama said. The US is not inherently more prone to violence than anywhere else in the world, but the only advanced nation where gun violence is so frequent, he noted.
A month ago, after the mass San Bernardino shooting, we predicted that “the US will see increasingly more escalating “attacks” until ultimately Obama’s crackdown on gun sales and possession hits its breaking point and the president’s gun confiscation mandate is finally executed.”
Without a Democratic majority in Congress, and faced with a GOP that is firmly against any form of gun control measures, Obama has repeatedly warned that he would act on his own. Next week he will do just that, and his “gun confiscation” mandate will get a substantial boost on Monday, when according to the WSJ Obama will meet with US Attorney General Loretta Lynch “to consider measures aimed at reducing gun violence, a conversation that comes as he prepares to announce new executive actions in the coming days.” Continue reading »
“We intend to prevent, by executive order through my powers as governor, those on government watch lists from obtaining a permit to purchase a firearm in Conecticut,” Malloy said.
Anyone who wishes to get a gun in Connecticut must first apply for a permit from a public safety agency, then a thorough background check is conducted, Malloy said.
“The executive order would add an additional level of protection and require those who apply for a permit to be screened against government watch lists,” Malloy said during a news conferenence on Thursday afternoon. Continue reading »
Milwaukee County Sheriff David A. Clarke Jr. was one of the featured speakers at the opening of the National Rifle Association’s annual convention in Indianapolis on Friday.
Clarke is an outspoken proponent of gun rights who has asked residents of his city to take firearms classes because personal safety is “no longer a spectator sport.”
In early 2013, Clarke launched a radio ad campaign encouraging citizens to learn to protect themselves:
Former Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens, in his recent book Six Amendments: How and Why We Should Change the Constitution, suggested that the Second Amendment be changed to read: Continue reading »
Another ‘mass’ shooting, and another outraged statement from President Obama proclaiming “enough is enough.” With 9 injured, and 2 police officers and 1 civilian dead after the dreadful standoff at a Planned Parenthood office in Colorado Springs, the President took the opportunity to explain “we have to do something about the easy accessibility of weapons of war on our streets to people who have no business wielding them. Period.” Of course, any discussion of the shooter’s mental health, the violent polarization towards and politicization of abortion among an increasingly micro-aggressive America were conveniently ignored.
As Reuters reports, expressing what has become regularly repeated frustration on the issue, President Barack Obama said on Saturday the United States needs to “do something” to make it harder for criminals to get guns after a shooting in Colorado killed three people and injured nine. When President Obama spoke in reaction to the heinous October 1 attack on Umpqua Community College, he went beyond his usual calls for more gun control and suggested instead that America consider following the path blazed by Australia and Great Britain.
In the mid-1990s Australia and Great Britain both instituted what were virtually complete bans on firearm possession.
We know that other countries, in response to one mass shooting, have been able to craft laws that almost eliminate mass shootings. Friends of ours, allies of ours — Great Britain, Australia, countries like ours. So we know there are ways to prevent it.
And Obama is not the only one who suggested taking a gun-free approach to American life. The anti-Second Amendment message was also pushed by Slate, Vox, and Dan Savage. Continue reading »
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo renewed his call for national gun control legislation on Saturday as he delivered a eulogy for the top state attorney who was fatally wounded by a stray bullet in Brooklyn earlier this month.
State officials and family members gathered at Brooklyn’s Emmanuel Baptist Church in a private service for Carey Gabay, 43, who was struck in the head at a pre-dawn outdoor celebration on Sept. 7 before the annual West Indian Day parade, an event plagued by violence in recent years. In the aftermath of the 2012 Shady Hook elementary school shooting, the Obama administration did everything in its power to impose even further Second Amendment limitations on general principles. It failed. Instead, what has happened over the past year is a documented series of lethal (and in many cases brutal) gun violence by those tasked to uphold and preserve the law, and who have been specifically instructed how to use weapons: the US police force.
And in a world in which violence is constantly on the rise yet the police can not be relied on to “protect and to defend”, one Idaho school has decided to take matters into its own hands.
According to the Guardian, the small Garden Valley School district in Idaho has purchased firearms and trained a handful of staff to use them should the same school shooting rampage that has occurred across the country take place. Continue reading »
In a landmark gun control case, a federal judge in Washington DC has overturned the city’s total ban on carrying handguns outside the home, saying it is unconstitutional.
“There is no longer any basis on which this Court can conclude that the District of Columbia’s total ban on the public carrying of ready-to-use handguns outside the home is constitutional under any level of scrutiny,” Judge Frederick Scullin said. Continue reading »
Entertainment part of brainwashing effort against 2nd Amendment
It is no secret Hollywood is loaded with liberal movie moguls and directors.
Last January we reported on uber-lib movie producer and Obama supporter Harvey Weinstein bragging he would produce a film attacking the Second Amendment and targeting the National Rifle Association. Weinstein told Howard Stern the NRA would “wish they weren’t alive after I’m done with them.”
A tense standoff had taken place for several hours, where armed citizens of the United States of America — many on horseback — drew a literal line in the sand and refused to back down until BLM released the cattle.
The photo below — one of the most iconic photos of recent American history — shows armed American citizens in a standoff with BLM thugs (in the white SUVs) who engaged in the felony theft of the Bundy family cattle and committed numerous felony assaults on American citizens.
BOISE, March 21, 2014 – On Thursday, Idaho Governor Butch Otter (R) signed a bill, which would effectively nullify future federal gun laws, by prohibiting state enforcement of any future federal act relating to personal firearms, a firearm accessories or ammunition.
S1332 passed the house by a vote of 68-0 and the senate by a vote of 34-0. Alaska and Kansas have also passed similar laws.
Erich Pratt, Director of Communications for Gun Owners of America, cheered the governor’s action. “By signing this nullification bill into law, Idaho has joined an elite class of states that are telling the feds to ‘get lost’ — especially when it comes to unconstitutional gun control infringements”
Introduced by the State Affairs Committee, the Idaho Federal Firearm, Magazine and Register Ban Enforcement Act, will:
“protect Idaho law enforcement officers from being directed, through federal executive orders, agency orders, statutes, laws, rules, or regulations enacted or promulgated on or after the effective date of this act, to violate their oath of office and Idaho citizens’ rights under Section 11, Article I, of the Constitution of the State of Idaho.”
The war on liberty is coming to a head in Connecticut, where tens of thousands of gun owners have refused to comply with their state government’s gun registration laws. Officials have literally ordered those who failed to meet the registration deadline to surrender their firearms or face arrest.
The State of Connecticut is now demanding that gun owners across the state turn in all newly-banned, unregistered firearms and magazines or face felony arrest.
According to the book’s description on his website, Stevens outlines “six specific ways in which the Constitution should be amended in order to protect our democracy and the safety and wellbeing of American citizens.”
