THE ULTIMATE MICROBIAL CLEANSE:

Walter Last

Most diseases are caused or aided by microbes and parasites. Due to antibiotics, steroidal drugs and chemotherapy our natural intestinal bacteria have been damaged and pathogenic microbes, especially fungi and mycoplasmas, are out of control. Commonly babies now become inoculated with pathogens already in the birth canal. Also microbes from childhood vaccinations may still be present, and there tend to be infection foci in root-canal treated teeth and possibly in scars from surgery. All of these greatly weaken our immune system and allow pathogenic microbes to invade the blood and internal organs. Now we become susceptible to frequent infections, autoimmune diseases, allergies, diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Pathogenic microbes are the underlying cause of basically all chronic diseases. MANAGING THE IMMUNE SYSTEM:

An Overview of Holistic Healing

Walter Last

Conventional medicine and even many natural therapists do not understand key aspects of the immune system, how it works to protect, regenerate or even harm us, and this causes much suffering and premature death.

Imagine that you have advanced cancer but you are confident that you will beat it because you are doing the very best in natural healing, using the Gerson Therapy or something similar, essentially living on fresh organic juices and salads. All seems to go well, you feel good, but suddenly out of the blue comes a violent reaction with powerful inflammations all through the body. You end up in hospital but they cannot do anything to stop the inflammation. I encountered this situation when being asked what to do for a woman on Gerson Therapy [Certainly not done correctly. – I.U.] for breast cancer when she developed a strong inflammatory reaction. Days later she was put in hospital. I do not know which drugs she was given but 2 weeks later she was dead.

A similar pattern can be seen with the pioneering clinical cancer trials of Cameron and Pauling. Overall the outcome was positive because most of the terminal patients survived much longer than matched controls. But there was also a downside: just as with the Gerson therapy many patients died rather suddenly from powerful inflammations. Continue reading »

What causes cancer?:

You would not believe how many emails we have gotten from cancer patients who have gone through these three steps:

  • The patient had chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery to treat their cancer;
  • The patient was told they were “cancer-free”;
  • Months later cancer “came back,” which is called “regression.”

Among other things, this article will explain what went wrong and how to prevent cancer from coming back. When talking about what causes cancer we need to talk about it at two different levels.

The first level is talking about cancer at the systemic level, meaning what conditions in the body allowed cancer to grow out of control and how do we deal with this issue.

The second level of talking about cancer is talking about what causes cancer at the cellular level. In other words, why does a healthy cell become cancerous? Continue reading »

If you do a ‘neurotropic pathogen search’ and examine the blood of a MS patient, at the height of a relapse, you may find a virus, bacteria or several of them to be very active and to be the probable cause of the relapse.

Chlamydia pneumoniae is just one of the usual suspects. Measles, herpes simplex & zoster, mumps, borrelia, Epstein-Barr, rubella, cytomegalovirus, diphtheria, staphylococcus, streptococcus clostridium tetani & difficile, scarlet, etc. have been found.

Alternative medicine offers a lot of different strategies to get rid of these critters and get well again.

Why is it that doctors do not want to do a neurotropic pathogen search and the also (recommended) differential blood count to find out what is really going on?

It’s widely accepted that Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune disease. The cause of MS is unknown and there is no cure. But some maverick doctors contend that MS is triggered by an infection which can be treated. It’s believed that a common bacterium, http://www.abc.net.au/catalyst/

Chlamydia pneumoniae can infect blood vessels in the brain and spinal cord and ultimately lead to nerve damage. Maryanne Demasi meets the doctors who are at odds with neurologists in proposing that an early diagnosis of MS could be cured with something as simple as antibiotics.

I had several multiple sclerosis patients and examined their blood under a very good dark field microscope.

My MS patients, just like the cancer patients, had a lot of parasites in their blood. Continue reading »

Sickened animals “unlike anything doctors have ever seen” on West Coast — “They’re eating themselves from the inside” — Cancers… liver, pancreas, intestines shut down… infested with parasites and immune to antibiotics — Unprecedented catastrophe to cause loss of 200,000 sea lions (VIDEO):

Al Jazeera, Jan 6, 2016 (emphasis added): In warming ocean, record number of seals and sea lions sicken and starve — Ailing or dead seals and sea lions washed up on California beaches in record numbers in 2015; this year could be worse… They are brought in with all sorts of problems: lockjaw, poisoning, cancer… But most of the record number of seals and sea lions washing up on California’s shores and being brought to a regional rescue center are starving… this slow-motion catastrophe is likely to continue… In 2015, [NOAA] counted more than 4,200 California sea lions, 90 Guadalupe fur seals, and 70 northern fur seals. The [Marine Mammal Center’s] staff began to realize something was different early in the year… the pups brought in for rescue were unlike anything the veterinarians had ever seen… It was the worst year in the center’s 40-year history, staff said… Only half the usual number of sea lion pups were born off the California coast in 2015, [Dr. Shawn Johnson, director of veterinary science at the Marine Mammal Center] said… veterinarians at the Marine Mammal Center are bracing for the worst. Alzheimer’s Disease: Deadly Infectious Cause Known And Hidden – Prions:

The primary transmission of prion diseases is ingestion of prions from the Central Nervous System (Brain, Eyes, Spine and Spinal Fluid) of animals. These unwanted ‘left overs’ were used in animal ‘feed’ for ‘protein’ and ‘mystery meats’ (hotdogs, etc) as ‘filler’. These resilient, nearly indestructible by nature, or cooking, individual factories of plague were spread throughout the populations (animal and human) and around the planet awaiting their ‘activation’ by hydration.

Pork Tapeworms in the Brain (Feb 25, 2012):

A pair of new studies underscore the U.S. public health threat of neurocysticercosis—quite literally having pork tapeworm larvae curled up inside one’s brain—now the most common cause of adult-onset epilepsy in the world. The first study, The Impact of Neurocysticercosis in California, concluded that “Neurocysticercosis causes appreciable disease and exacts a considerable economic burden in California,” with estimated annual hospital charges exceeding $17 million. The second study, published two weeks ago, is the first to follow the cognitive function and quality of life of those living with these brain parasites.

As you’ll see in today’s NutritionFacts.org video pick below, even after one’s brain is infested with pork tapeworms, some people can go for years before the headaches and seizures start as the larvae begin to multiply. What the second study suggests, though, is that long before the more obvious symptoms present, those who are infected may suffer from mental, social, and cognitive dysfunction. (See video above).

The follow-up video, Avoiding Epilepsy Through Diet, details diagnosis and treatment and reports on a synagogue survey. If pork tapeworms can get inside the brains of orthodox Jews in Brooklyn, then I guess no one’s immune! Turns out it’s not only what we eat that may put us at risk, but also the diets of those who handle our food.

In health,
Michael Greger, M.D.
