On August 27, CDC scientist William Thompson came out of the shadows and revealed that he had participated in a major scientific fraud:

He and his co-authors had published a 2004 study claiming there was no MMR-vaccine connection to autism. They had omitted vital data which contradicted that finding.

The MMR vaccine was causing autism. Thompson knew it. So did his co-authors. They buried that chilling fact.

In Thompson’s confession, released through his Cincinnati attorney, Rick Morgan, Thompson asserted that he would work with Congress, but he wouldn’t speak to reporters.

Why not?

Two reasons immediately spring to mind.

A Reminder: Merck Strategy Chief, Former Vaccine President, Former CDC Chief told CNN Vaccines Cause Autism (Age of Autism, Feb 17, 2015):

Julie Gerberding

Managing Editor’s Note: We ran this post in February, 2011. It seems Jan – Mar is the PR lead up to autism “awareness month” whereby Americans must be reminded (with a hammer to the head) that vaccine injury does not happen, nor is autism association with vaccination.  Dr. Paul Offit’s books debut each winter like the Groundhog wriggling out of his grotto – Offit’s goal of course is to protect vaccination while smearing autism and vaccine safety community members.  This year even Autism Speaks – The Blue Bomb of autism told Americans to vaccinate their children, amidst the measles hype.

Dr. Julie Gerberding was the Head of the CDC. She left, and within a year, became President of the Vaccine Division for MERCK (makers of the MMRII and Gardasil vaccines.)  In December she received a promotion to Executive Vice President for Strategic Communications, Global Public Policy and Population Health.    Read that title again. “Strategic communications.” Think about the intense media hype around the 100+ cases of measles, a disease that was so common and non-threatening that TV sitcoms like The Brady Bunch and Married with Children poked fun at transmission.   Here’s some strategic communication from our John Stone – it was Dr. Gerberding who…

It wasn’t Andrew Wakefield who said vaccines cause autism Mr Gates, it was Julie Gerberding…and she told Sanjay Gupta

CDC whistleblower: “Oh My God…what we did” (Activist Post, Oct 26, 2014):

On October 14, Brian Hooker and Andrew Wakefield sent an official and detailed complaint to the CDC and the US Dept. of Health and Human Services.

The devastating and explosive complaint concerns scientific misconduct in a now-infamous 2004 CDC study, which gave the MMR vaccine a free pass and concluded the vaccine had no connection to autism.

CDC whistleblower William Thompson was a co-author on that study, and on August 27 he admitted he and his co-authors committed fraud and covered up the vaccine-autism connection. Continue reading »

Gerberding-CDC-fraud

CDC whistleblower’s secret letter to Gerberding released by Natural News as mainstream media desperately censors explosive story (Natural News, Aug 25, 2014):

The CDC whistleblower who has come forward with proof that the CDC knowingly covered up scientific evidence linking the MMR vaccine to autism has now been revealed as William W. Thompson, PhD. To share this story, use tags #vaccinegate and #EndVaccineViolence

Natural News has acquired a letter from William Thompson to former CDC head Dr. Julie Gerberding, dated February 2nd, 2004. The date of this letter is important because a pivotal Institute of Medicine (IoM) meeting on vaccine safety took place just one week later on February 9th. (See the full letter below.)

In this letter, William Thompson says he will be “presenting the summary of our results from the Metropolitan Atlanta Autism Case-Control Study,” and he laments that the data will show MMR vaccines cause an increased risk of autism in youth African-American babies. He explains “I will have to present several problematic results relating to statistical associations between the receipt of MMR vaccine and autism.” Continue reading »
