Food, water, herbs … everything in (and coming from) China is totally contaminated …
… except:
- In China, What You Eat Tells Who You Are … And Organic Food Is Only For The Power Elite
- I ate Hu Jintao’s dinner; China’s president, and the rest of the politburo eat only organic food
- In China, Breathing Becomes a Childhood Risk (New York Times, April 22, 2013):
BEIJING — The boy’s chronic cough and stuffy nose began last year at the age of 3. His symptoms worsened this winter, when smog across northern China surged to record levels. Now he needs his sinuses cleared every night with saltwater piped through a machine’s tubes. The boy’s mother, Zhang Zixuan, said she almost never lets him go outside, and when she does she usually makes him wear a face mask. The difference between Britain, where she once studied, and China is “heaven and hell,” she said.
Levels of deadly pollutants up to 40 times the recommended exposure limit in Beijing and other cities have struck fear into parents and led them to take steps that are radically altering the nature of urban life for their children.
Parents are confining sons and daughters to their homes, even if it means keeping them away from friends. Schools are canceling outdoor activities and field trips. Parents with means are choosing schools based on air-filtration systems, and some international schools have built gigantic, futuristic-looking domes over sports fields to ensure healthy breathing.
“I hope in the future we’ll move to a foreign country,” Ms. Zhang, a lawyer, said as her ailing son, Wu Xiaotian, played on a mat in their apartment, near a new air purifier. “Otherwise we’ll choke to death.”
She is not alone in looking to leave. Some middle- and upper-class Chinese parents and expatriates have already begun leaving China, a trend that executives say could result in a huge loss of talent and experience. Foreign parents are also turning down prestigious jobs or negotiating for hardship pay from their employers, citing the pollution.

- Comparison of GMO and non-GMO corn – the real statistics will astound you! (Natural News, May 5, 2013):
As Monsanto parades their genetically modified seed, throwing it out like candy into the fields, future generations are being subjected to nutritionally void, disease-causing food. As the government protects the GMO industry, with its recent signing of the “Monsanto Protection Act”, the republic’s health interests are being discarded.
A 2012 study, called the Corn Comparison Report, was recently released by Profit Pro and published on the website for Moms Across America March to Label GMOs – a group dedicated to raising awareness about the dangers of genetically modified organisms.
The Corn Comparison Report detailed the nutritional deficiencies of GMO corn compared to regular organic corn. The report reveals the stunning levels of glyphosate in GMO corn and the amount of vital nutrients that have been drawn out.
GMO corn: nutritionally void
The nutrition statistics for GMO corn are bone chilling. Here is what the report indicates:
• Organic corn has 14 ppm of manganese. GMO corn has only 2 ppm.
• Real corn has 7 times more manganese!
• Organic corn has 6130 ppm of calcium. GMO is stripped down to 14 ppm.
• Real corn has 437 times more calcium!
• Organic corn has 113 ppm of magnesium. GMO corn is vacant, with only 2 ppm.
• Real corn has 56 times more magnesium!GMO corn contains alarming glyphosate levels

- Weather radicalization worsening, global food supply at increased risk of regional failures (Natural News, May 3, 2013):
If you live in the USA, you’re probably experiencing some of the effects of a cold weather front and multi-state blizzard that’s sweeping across much of North America. While the weather felt like summer just a few days ago, suddenly much of the upper Midwest is blanketed in snow and reeling from freezing temperatures.
As weather.com reports:
On the final two days of April, Amarillo, Texas saw temperatures rise well into the 90s. A record high temperature of 97 degrees was set on April 30. A little more than 24 hours later on the evening of May 1, temperatures in this Texas Panhandle city plummeted into the 30s before bottoming out at 33 degrees on the morning of May 2. The wind chill at the time was 19 degrees.
Wunderground.com adds:
A rare and historic May snowstorm continues to pelt Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin with snowfall amounts unprecedented in the historical record for the month of May. Rochester, Minnesota has received 7″ of snow, smashing their all-time May snowstorm record of 2″, set on May 4 – 5, 1944. Over 3″ of snow has fallen in Omaha, Nebraska, breaking their all-time May snowstorm record of 2″ on May 9, 1945. It was the first one-inch-plus May snowfall anywhere in the state of Iowa since 1967.
Topeka, Kansas, Kansas City, Missouri, and Des Moines, Iowa are all expected to get an inch or more of snow on Thursday through Friday. This would be only the second May snowstorm in recorded history for those cities.
But wait a sec, isn’t it May? Isn’t this supposed to be spring?
Weather radicalization is here Continue reading »

Honeybees are vital for pollinating crops
- Bee Deaths: EU To Ban Neonicotinoid Pesticides (BBC News, April 29, 2013):
The European Commission will restrict the use of pesticides linked to bee deaths by researchers, despite a split among EU states on the issue.
There is great concern across Europe about the collapse of bee populations.
Neonicotinoid chemicals in pesticides are believed to harm bees and the European Commission says they should be restricted to crops not attractive to bees and other pollinators.

Three years after the BP oil spill, new truths come to light—from deep down inside the ocean.
Three years ago, when BP’s Deepwater Horizon began leaking some 210 million gallons of Louisiana Crude into the Gulf of Mexico, the U.S. government allowed the company to apply chemical “dispersants” to the blossoming oil slick to prevent toxic gunk from reaching the fragile bays, beaches, and mangroves of the coast, where so much marine life originates. But a number of recent studies show that BP and the feds may have made a huge mistake, for which everything from microscopic organisms to bottlenose dolphins are now paying the highest price.
