Denmark: Foreign Crime Doubles In Six Years

Foreign Crime Doubles In Six Years:

A new report from the national commissioner of police in Denmark states organized migrant criminal gangs have become more numerous, more specialized and pose a greater threat than ever before.

A large police operation in February of 2015 in the region of Zealand and Lolland-Falster in Denmark led to the search of over 60 addresses by over 400 officers. the raid revealed the largest smuggling ring in the history of the country and consisted primarily of foreign migrants.

Charges against foreign criminals have more than doubled since 2009 and police worry that they are to blame for rising crime rates as domestic offending is declining, reports Danish paper Berlingske.

Denmark And Austria Push For Laws Blocking Migrants On Border

Denmark And Austria Push For Laws Blocking Migrants On Border:

Sweden, Denmark, and Austria are seeking tough new powers to deter migrants, the latter two proposing to instantly turn back so-called asylum-seekers at their borders.

The Austrian government announced Tuesday they are receiving advice on how to turn back migrants within an hour, as well as capping the number of asylum requests it accepts, EurActiv reports.

On the same day, the Danish government proposed a law giving police the power to reject “asylum seekers” at their borders in times of crisis – times such as last year, when a million strong wave arrived after the German Chancellor suspended the Dublin agreement and invited unlimited numbers into the continent.

Sharia In Denmark

Sharia In Denmark:

Submitted by Judith Bergmann via The Gatestone Institute,

  • “All the bullying happens in Arabic… The hierarchy of the Arab boys creates a very violent environment. … I have filmed the particularly vile bullying of a Somali boy. You can see the tears in his eyes. They are destroying him; it is very violent. “ — From a dissertation by Jalal El Derbas, Ph.D.
  • Danish teachers are the least respected and are spoken of in denigrating and humiliating terms.
  • “I am not saying that all the Arab children did ugly things, but we witnessed on a regular basis… using derogatory Arabic language towards Somalis and girls.” — Lise Egholm, former head of the Rådmandsgade school in Copenhagen.
  • Whether Danish parliamentarians wish to acknowledge this problem or not, they are up against far wider issues than that of religious incitement in mosques by radical preachers.

After the television documentary, “Sharia in Denmark“, embarrassed Danish authorities by revealing how widespread the preaching of sharia is in mosques in Denmark; the Danish government, in May, concluded a political agreement about “initiatives directed against religious preachers who seek to undermine Danish laws and values and who support parallel legal systems.”

Denmark First to Prosecute Refugee for Rape

Denmark First to Prosecute Refugee for Rape:

The horror of refugees getting away with raping European girls because politicians do not want to admit what they have done is just insane. However, this self-serving police is starting to give way. A 24-year-old refugee asylum seeker from Iran, not Syria, made an initial court appearance on Monday to face charges of having raped a 19-year-old woman over the weekend, as reported by the Danish news. Denmark may go down as the first country to actually criminally prosecute these people who just see young girls as sluts for the taking at their own desire. I cannot image the outrage of fathers and how these politicians have the guts to try to cover up this behavior.

Danish Lawmakers Blast F-35 Plan: Faulty Jet Cost America Trillions

H/t reader squodgy:

“They call it the Lightening, but in reality, based on its inability to get off the ground yet guzzle like no other, I christen it the F-35 ALBATROSS.

The latest fact is that with the world in recession, even Government income is being stretched in every country already committed to this heap of premature junk. They really are finding it unjustifiable at that cost, but, if the US push that stupid Trans Atlantic Trade Agreement through, those countries will still be sued the full value & more if they cancel.

Good commercial stupidity.”

Denmark faces pressure, ahead of July’s NATO summit, to announce the purchase of an expensive US fighter jet that fails mid-flight during due to a software glitch.

The Danish parliament poured cold water on plans for the Royal Danish Air Force to acquire American-made F-35A Lightning II jets as their next-generation fighter, citing the trillions of dollars spent by the US military on an aircraft that, in testing stages, fails mid-flight due to software glitches.

‘Screw for Denmark’ sex campaigns produce baby boom in months

‘Screw for Denmark’ sex campaigns produce baby boom in months:

A racy ad campaign, started only nine months ago, has really hit the spot for Denmark’s campaign for more baby-making. The country now expects booming birth rates this summer.

According to research by Denmark’s Politiken newspaper, the summer months of June-August this year will produce 1,200 more Danes than last summer. In total, some 16,200 babies are due to be born.

“I’ve never experienced a boom like this in my time as a midwife,” said Ann Fogsgaard, who’s been on the job 33 years.

“Normally, there are more births during the summer compared to the winter, but an increase like this is crazy.”

Denmark, Belgium, Now The Netherlands: NEGATIVE Mortgage Rates Spread Across Europe

Denmark, Belgium, Now The Netherlands: Negative Mortgage Rates Spread Across Europe:

In early 2015, after seeing a staggering $1.4 trillion in Euro area government debt trade at negative interest rates (the number has since grown to $6 trillion) we wondered when the bailout of insolvent governments was going to make its way to other debtors. Our question was quickly answered when we found that a negative rate mortgage had been issued by Nordea Credit, a bank in Denmark. Recently, even the WSJ finally stumbled on this bizarre inversion of traditional borrower obligations.

We noted at the time that this this was the first of many such paradoxes, as eventually more and more banks would begin to fall in line with ECB expectations and lend at slightly negative (at first, then progressively more negative) rates, rather than lose even more money as a result of leaving cash in the ECB deposit facility.

This is just the beginning: according the Danish media outlet, as a result of variable-refinancing, as recently as a week from now “a greater share of customers could have a negative rate.”

New Grocery Store Sells Food Other Stores Would’ve Trashed, Shelves Empty Daily

New Grocery Store Sells Food Other Stores Would’ve Trashed, Shelves Empty Daily:

In order to celebrate man’s most valuable freedom — the freedom to choose — Danish volunteers are now giving grocery shoppers the option of purchasing items seen as “unloved” by other major supermarkets in the nation.

According to TreeHugger.com, Denmark’s WeFood grocery store, located in Copenhagen, has a different proposal. Instead of wasting mislabeled products, ugly produce, or items that come in damaged packaging, the brand new grocer wants to offer consumers a choice — and everyone is cheering it.

Each year, TreeHugger reports, 163,000 tons of food are discarded by Danish grocers. In many cases, discarded products aren’t necessarily bad. Instead, consumers are wastingtreats for a holiday that happened last week, a ripped box of cornflakes, plain white rice mislabeled as basmati, or anything nearing its expiration date.”

Danish police want to track everyone’s movements on the net

Danish police want to track everyone’s movements on the net:

The national police force, Rigspolitiet, wants the ability to track every user’s digital footprints.

“Tracking online movements will help them to identify and arrest criminals, as crime and communication about crime is increasingly taking place in cyberspace,” Rigspolitiet commissioner Jens Henrik Højbjerg told DR Nyheder.

Højbjerg is publicly supporting Søren Pind, who said last month that he would draft a law that created a system of online surveillance.

The War on Cash: A Country by Country Guide

The War on Cash: A Country by Country Guide:

Corbett Reporteers will be no stranger to the war on cash. I’ve made videos discussing it, conducted interviews about it, written articles examining it and dissected it on the radio.

The war has been waged through mainstream propaganda outlets, TV advertisements and even children’s games.

We’ve heard cash is dirtied by drug dealing, tarnished by terrorism, tainted by tax evasion (heaven forbid!) and just plain dirty. Not to mention sooooo outdated.

Denmark Approves Confiscation Of Refugees’ Valuables, Delay Of Family Reunifications

Migrants, mainly from Syria, prepare to board a train headed for Sweden, at Padborg station in southern Denmark

Denmark approves confiscation of refugees’ valuables, delay of family reunifications:

The Danish parliament has passed measures aimed at deterring refugees from seeking asylum, including the confiscation of their valuables and a delay in family reunifications. The move has received widespread condemnation from human rights organizations.

Asylum seekers arriving in Denmark will now have to hand over cash exceeding 10,000 kroner (US$1,450) and any personal items valued at more than that amount. This is more than three times the 3,000 kroner ($435) that was originally proposed.

However, wedding rings and other sentimental items will be exempt from confiscation.

European Nations Such As Sweden And Denmark Are ‘Eradicating Cash’

“eradicating cash” by the year 2030?

That’s then after the greatest economic collapse in world history, civil war and WW3.

Cashless-Society

European Nations Such As Sweden And Denmark Are “Eradicating Cash”:

Did you know that 95 percent of all retail sales in Sweden are cashless?  And did you know that the government of Denmark has a stated goal of “eradicating cash” by the year 2030?  All over the world, we are seeing a relentless march toward a cashless society, and nowhere is this more true than in northern Europe.  In Sweden, hundreds of bank branches no longer accept or dispense cash, and thousands of ATM machines have been permanently removed.  At this point, bills and coins only account for just 2 percent of the Swedish economy, and many stores no longer take cash at all.  The notion of a truly “cashless society” was once considered to be science fiction, but now we are being told that it is “inevitable”, and authorities insist that it will enable them to thwart criminals, terrorists, drug runners, money launderers and tax evaders.  But what will we give up in the process?

Denmark to confiscate gold, jewelry, and other valuables from refugees

Soren-Pind-Refugees

Denmark to confiscate gold, jewelry, and other valuables from refugees:

It started on December 8, 1931.

Germany was in a world of pain at the time. They were still financially debilitated from having to make reparation payments after losing World War I, and had just barely recovered from one of the worst bouts of hyperinflation in recorded history.

By the early 1930s, the onset of the Great Depression had taken hold in Germany, driving the government to desperation once again.

Danish referendum takes step away from EU, including Europol

Danish referendum takes step away from EU, including Europol:

COPENHAGEN, Denmark (AP) — Danes voted Thursday to keep a 23-year-old opt-out from justice affairs, hence taking a step away from closer ties with the European Union, meaning it temporarily would end ties with Europol, even as the European law-enforcement agency is preparing to increase its role in fighting terrorism.

Projections on Denmark’s two main television stations based on nearly all votes counted showed 53 percent wanted to keep the 1992 opt-out. “Danes are saying yes to cooperation but no to relinquishing more sovereignty to Brussels,” said Kristian Thulesen-Dahl, head of the EU-skeptic, anti-immigration Danish People’s Party. “What a fantastic evening,” said Thulesen-Dahl, one of the “no” sides most prominent figures.

Goldman Hires Former Head Of NATO To Deal With DONG Scandal

Goldman Hires Former Head Of NATO To Deal With DONG Scandal (ZeroHedge, Aug 9, 2015):

Back in January 2014, we reported that Goldman’s merchant banking unit rushed to buy an 18% in Denmark’s DONG Energy (that would be Danish Oil & Natural Gas) company for $1.5 billion. The result was an immediate grassroots resistance campaign, as hundreds of thousands of Danes refused to hand over their DONG to the vampire squid for various reasons, not the least of which was granting Goldman veto rights over changes to DONG’s leadership and strategy, a right usually reserved for buyers of 33% of an entity. A bigger reason for the Danish anger at the Goldman DONG deal, was that as The Local reported a few months later, the sale “did not include a massive deal that both parties knew was imminent, shortchanging the company’s value by as much as 20 billion kroner.”

Which was to be expected: as we further said in January 2014, “if Goldman is involved, it guarantees future benefits for the Vampire Squid”. Sure enough:

Government Interference Gone Mad … ‘Do It For Denmark’ (Video)

Do-it-for-denmark

This will be about the weirdest thing you see today (Sovereign Man, March 6, 2015):

You know that we talk a lot about the insane level of government interference in our lives. About what we can and cannot put in our bodies. The amount of interest we’re entitled to receive on our savings. Etc.

But I’m noticing now even more ridiculous trends of governments wanting to get involved in people’s sex lives.

Last year the Danish government promoted an initiative called “Do it for Denmark”, encouraging Danes to travel abroad and have sex while on holidays. They even have a pretty racy Youtube video featuring a scantily clad gorgeous blonde waiting to do her duty for her country and procreate.

Denmark Launches ‘Back-Door QE’, Halts Treasury Issuance: Why DKKEUR Could Be The ‘Trade Of 2015’

Dannebrog

Denmark Launches “Back-Door QE”, Halts Treasury Issuance: Why DKKEUR Could Be The “Trade Of 2015” (ZeroHedge, Feb 1, 2015):

While much has been said about last week’s third in two weeks rate cut by the Danish Central Bank, one which brought the deposit rate to -0.50%, having previously cut it to -0.35% and -0.2% in the aftermath of the ECB Q€ and the SNB’s abandoning of the Franc ceiling – the latest move of desperation to preserve the peg of the DKK to the plunging Euro and one which as reported previously has led to such strange financial abominations as negative interest rate mortgages – few noticed an even more important announcement by the Denmarks Nationalbank. On Friday the Danish central bank said it would halt all government bond issuance “until further notice”!

In Denmark You Are Now Paid To Take Out A Mortgage

You can’t make this stuff up!

mortgage

In Denmark You Are Now Paid To Take Out A Mortgage (ZeroHedge, Jan 30, 2015):

With NIRP raging in the Eurozone and over €1.5 trillion in European government bonds trading with negative yields, many were wondering when any of this perverted bond generosity will spill over to other debtors, not just Europe’s insolvent governments (who can only print negative interest debt because of the ECB’s backstop that it will buy any piece of garbage for sale in the doomed monetary union). In fact just earlier today we, rhetorically, asked a logical – in as much as nothing is logical in the new normal – question:

Little did we know that just minutes after our tweet, we would learn that at least one place is already paying homeowners to take out a mortgage. That’s right – the negative rate mortgage is now a reality.

Thanks of Mario Draghi’s generosity with “other generations’ slavery”, and following 3 consecutive rate cuts by the Danish Central Bank, a local bank – Nordea Credit – is now offering a mortgage with a negative interest rate! This means, according to DR.dk, that Nordea have had to pay instead of charging interest to to a handful of customers, says housing economist at Nordea Kredit, Lise Nytoft Bergmann for Finance.

It Will Now Cost You 0.5% To Save Money In Denmark: Danish Central Bank Cuts Rates For Third Time In Two Weeks

It Will Now Cost You 0.5% To Save Money In Denmark: Danish Central Bank Cuts Rates For Third Time In Two Weeks (Zerohedge, Jan 29, 2015):

When the Danish Central Bank cut rates precisely a week ago, going from NIRP to NIRPer, and pushing the deposit rate from -0.2% to -0.35%, the sense of desperation was already in the air: after all this was already the second rate cut by the Denmark’s monetary authority in one week, all in the hope of preserving the peg to the DEK to the EUR. That sense of desperation just hit a fever pitch moments ago, when the Dutch central bank just went NIRPest, and cut rates across the board yet again, and made it even more costly to save money in the north European country, where the Deposit rate has just been cut from -0.35% to -0.5%!
