Harry Reid Issues Statement On “Hateful Racist” Cliven Bundy (ZeroHedge, April 24, 2014):

Reid Calls For Leaders To Unite In Condemnation Of Cliven Bundy’s Dangerous Extremism

April 24, 2014 | Press Releases
“This is not a game.”

Las Vegas, NV  – Nevada Senator Harry Reid released the following statement today on racist comments by Cliven Bundy reported by the New York Times.

“I used to live in North Las Vegas and it is home to some of the hardest-working people I have ever met – men and women who embody the American dream by working hard every day to build a better life for themselves and their families. By contrast, Cliven Bundy has spent decades profiting off government land while refusing to pay the same fair use fees as his fellow ranchers. Today, Bundy revealed himself to be a hateful racist. But by denigrating people who work hard and play by the rules while he mooches off public land he also revealed himself to be a hypocrite.

“To advance his extreme, hateful views, Bundy has endangered the lives of innocent women and children. This is not a game. It is the height of irresponsibility for any individual or entity in a position of power or influence to glorify or romanticize such a dangerous individual, and anyone who has done so should come to their senses and immediately condemn Bundy. For their part, national Republican leaders could help show a united front against this kind of hateful, dangerous extremism by publicly condemning Bundy.

“The bottom line is that elected officials and those in positions of power or influence have a responsibility to unite behind the basic principle that we are a country of laws, and that whatever our differences, it is unacceptable for individuals to use violence or the threat of violence to advance their radical views.”

WACO

– Will we Have Another WACO this time in Nevada? (Armstrong Economics, April 23, 2014):

The Feds are gathering and have brought in hired guns. We are more likely than not headed into a military confrontation – the first since Waco. Keep in mind that Obama’s head of the Justice Department, Eric Holder now Attorney General, called the shots on Waco back then. He got away with it before – why not again?

There is a hope that if enough people show up the Feds will stand-down.

The likelihood of the Feds ever backing down is highly unlikely.

Bundy Family Uncovers New BLM Cattle Grave

Picture: Bundy Family Uncovers New BLM Cattle Grave (Appalachian Area News, April 20, 2014):

A new photo released by the Bundy family posted to the official Bundy Ranch Facebook page Sunday shows more evidence that the Bureau of Land Management was illegally killing and burying cattle.

The image shows multiple dead cows being removed from what appears to be a mass grave discovered over the weekend.

“Digging up one of the HUGE holes where they threw the cows that they had ran to death or shot,” the facebook description reads. “I feel that this NEEDS to be put out for the public to see.”

Evidence of BLM’s Deadly Abuse of Animals Taken from Bundy Ranch (21st Century Wire, April 16, 2014):

The US federal government might have just evoked the fury of animal right groups over their shocking treatment of cattle at the Bundy Ranch, and may soon face legal charges of severe animal abuse in Clark County, Nevada.

Federal agency’s treatment of residents at the Bundy Ranch this past week included tasering, beating, wrongful arrest, threatening residents with attack dogs, and mobilizing a federal paramilitary force whose barrels were trained on US citizens, all in all, spending at least $3 million of tax payer money in an effort to sell stolen cattle over state lines in Utah and California. A legal argument has also been made that the USDepartment of Interior’s Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is now guilty of racketeering under the federal RIC) statute (Racketeer Influenced and Corruption Organizations). If all that wasn’t enough, evidence is now emerging regarding pattern of extreme cruelty and abuse, and suspected culling of animals from the Bundy Ranch.

Nevada Assemblywoman Michelle Fiore has released new shocking information and images which document the horrors which BLM agents have inflicted on previously happy and healthy livestock.

During a live radio broadcast of The Pete Santilli Show on GNM, Fiore reveals new details of “the BLM’s method of herding where they have slaughtered horses and cows. This time we have video of it, and pictures of it.”

Reid: Bundy Supporters Are “Domestic Terrorists” (CBS News, April 17, 2014):

(LAS VEGAS, KXNT)–Supporters of Bunkerville rancher Cliven Bundy have been called domestic terrorists by Senator Harry Reid.

He made the comments during an appearance at a Review-Journal event, and repeated them, saying “what happened there was domestic terrorism’

The government says Bundy owes more than a million dollars in grazing fees and fines stemming from a 20-year dispute over trespass cattle. After obtaining court orders and beginning a roundup of cattle more than a week ago, BLM backed down, called off the roundup, and returned the cattle, after armed supporters of Bundy converged on the area.

Liberty Movement Rising (ALT-MArket, April 17, 2014):

“Freedom had been hunted round the globe; reason was considered as rebellion; and the slavery of fear had made men afraid to think. But such is the irresistible nature of truth, that all it asks, and all it wants, is the liberty of appearing.”  – Thomas Paine

The label of “fringe” is a common one used by statists, bureaucrats and paid shills in order to marginalize those who would stand against government corruption. The primary assertion being sold is that the “majority” joyously supports the establishment; and the majority, of course, is always right.

The liberty movement, which is a collection of numerous freedom organizations and political activists brought together by a shared philosophical bond, has been accused of “fringe” status for quite some time. With corporatist dominance over the mainstream media for decades backing an elitist machine in Washington and a global banking cartel footing the bill with money created from thin air, any such accusation can be made to seem “real” to those who are unaware.

The problem has always been a matter of physical action giving rise to an acknowledgment of numbers.

We have all heard the old story of the debate within the ancient Roman government over the idea of forcing the slave population to wear distinct armbands so that they could be more easily identified among the regular population. The concept was rejected on the realization that if the slaves were given a visual confirmation of their considerable numbers and strength, they would be encouraged to revolt against the Roman tyrants. That is to say, as long as the slaves felt isolated, they would remain apathetic and powerless. Of course, that was not always the case. Sometimes, a small group would stand up despite their supposed isolation, and the rest of the world, wide-eyed and astonished, would take notice.

Ron Paul warns that Bundy ranch standoff isn’t over just yet (RT, April 16, 2014):

A heated land dispute between the federal government and a Nevada cattle rancher subsided over the weekend, but longtime lawmaker and former presidential hopeful Ron Paul says tensions might soon worsen once again.

An armed standoff between Cliven Bundy and the United States Bureau of Land Management ended on Saturday with the federal agency agreeing to release around 400 head of cattle it had seized from the Clark County, Nevada rancher. The bureau said Bundy owed roughly $1 million to the government because for the last two decades he failed to pay a fee for letting his cattle graze on federal land, but the rancher insisted that he owed the agency nothing. Supporters soon took up arms and flocked to the Bunch ranch to stand by in support as feds began to seize nearly 1,000 head of cattle, but over the weekend the BLM aborted their attempt to confiscate the animals in order avoid any violent showdown that might have emerged. Listen to the interview here:

Exclusive: Sources Inside The BLM and Las Vegas Metro Say Feds Are Planning A Raid On Bundy Home (Benn Swann, April 14, 2014):

Bunkerville, NEVADA, April 14, 2014– As reported yesterday, hundreds of federal agents are still at the Bundy Ranch and the area continues its status as a no-fly zone. Despite major media reports that the Nevada Bureau of Land Management is retreating, the remaining activity that still surrounds the ranch illustrates a different scenario.

Not only is the BLM not actually backing off of Cliven Bundy, Sheriff Richard Mack of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association has revealed stunning information: on Ben Swann’s radio program, Mack said that he has received intelligence from multiple, credible sources inside the BLM and the Las Vegas Metro that there is “no question” that the federal government is planning a raid on the Bundy home and the homes of their children who live on the property.

BLM Flip Flops: “No Deal” on Dropping Actions Against Bundy (Infowars, April 14, 2014):

Despite being forced to release hundreds of seized cattle after an astounding standoff on Saturday, the Bureau of Land Management has vowed to continue its pursuit of Cliven Bundy, asserting that no deal has been made to cease its case against the Nevada cattle rancher.

Amazing scenes unfolded on Saturday as Bundy supporters and cowboys on horseback faced off against armed BLM agents and police, demanding that hundreds of cattle seized by the BLM over a grazing rights dispute be released from a nearby corral.

With feds and law enforcement at one point threatening to shoot protesters dead, Bundy supporters fearlessly held their ground and then began advancing on the corral.

Oath Keeper Founder Stewart Rhodes, On Bunkerville: “We know it’s not over” (The Daily Sheeple, April 13, 2014):

This interview was recorded from the Bundy Ranch late this afternoon.

Stewart Rhodes is the founder of Oath Keepers.

Oath Keepers is a non-partisan association of current and formerly serving military, police, and first responders  who pledge to fulfill the oath all military and police take to “defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” That oath, mandated by Article VI of the Constitution itself, is to the Constitution, not to the politicians, and Oath Keepers declare that they will not obey unconstitutional orders, such as orders to disarm the American people, to conduct warrantless searches, or to detain Americans as “enemy combatants” in violation of their ancient right to jury trial. See the Oath Keepers Declaration of Orders We Will Not Obey for details.

The Regime Doesn’t Handle Defeat Gracefully (Lew Rockwell, April 13, 2014):

When the ATF attacked the Branch Davidians outside Waco in February 1993, the expectation was a quick and painless victory over an eccentric religious sect and a public relations boost for the scandal-plagued agency. This is why the assault was code-named “Showtime.”

The Davidians, however, refused to follow the script. When the ATF stormtroopers arrived at the sect’s sanctuary at Mt. Carmel, David Koresh – who had known of the impending assault, and released an ATF informant rather than holding him as a hostage — attempted to de-escalate the confrontation, only to be answered by a murderous volley of gunfire. Rather than allowing themselves to be shackled or slaughtered, the Davidians stood their ground, killing four of the assailants in a morally unassailable exercise of self-defense and forcing the ATF to retreat.

Because the Regime cannot countenance resistance, the FBI laid siege to the Davidians for 51 days before the final assault that left of scores of Davidians dead from fire, asphyxiation, and gunfire.

In 1973, a band of Sioux activists at Wounded Knee held off the FBI and the US military for 71 days, demanding respect for their rights under treaty law, accountability for the corruption of federally installed tribal dictator Dickie Wilson, and investigation of unsolved murders. The Feds replied with the largest domestic military deployment since the last confrontation at Wounded Knee in December 1890, an undisguised slaughter carried out by the vengeful Seventh Cavalry that amounted to an American Babi Yar.

Investigator: BLM’s Surrender at Bundy Ranch is a Strategic De-escalation to Hoodwink the People (Freedom Outpost, April 13, 2014):

Yesterday, amid the reports about the stand down by the Bureau of Land Management, I was concerned that things were not as they appeared to be. Specifically, I pointed to the fact that the Federal Aviation Administration had set up a no-fly zone over the Bundy Ranch with a three mile radius that is effective for one month. That is still in effect. Investigator Doug Hagmann, of The Hagmann and Hagmann Report, is also just as suspicious as I am. He told Steve Quayle on Saturday evening that he believes the people are being hoodwinked into believing that the situation is being resolved. It is not. It is a strategic de-escalation to fool the public.

An email from Hagmann to Quayle reads: Continue reading »

Reid smelling anything but rosy in ranch fight (WND, April 12, 2014):

Desert showdown blows lid off long-standing plans with the Chinese

NEW YORK – When Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy refused to take his cattle off land the federal government demanded for the habitat of an endangered desert tortoise, it focused the nation’s attention on an arena Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., may have preferred to be kept quiet.

An investigative report published last week by Infowars.com drew a connection between Senate Majority Leader Reid’s involvement with Chinese energy giant ENN, Chinese efforts to build massive solar facilities in the Nevada desert and the showdown between Bundy and the U.S. Bureau of Land Management, or BLM.

It wasn’t the first report to notice curious dealings involving the Chinese and America’s top Democrats. Continue reading »

The People vs. BLM: Liberty defeats govt. tyranny as feds release all cattle at Bundy Ranch (Natural News, April 12, 2014):

This has just been confirmed by the Bundy family on their Facebook page. Also, here’s a breaking video showing the cattle being released.

A tense standoff had taken place for several hours, where armed citizens of the United States of America — many on horseback — drew a literal line in the sand and refused to back down until BLM released the cattle.

The photo below — one of the most iconic photos of recent American history — shows armed American citizens in a standoff with BLM thugs (in the white SUVs) who engaged in the felony theft of the Bundy family cattle and committed numerous felony assaults on American citizens.

BREAKING: Cowboys on Horseback Move in to Reclaim Bundy Cattle Stolen By BLM (21ST Century Wire, April 12, 2014):

Following the surprise announcement by Clark County’s Sheriff Douglas Gillespie this morning of a deal brokered to end the BLM’s occupation of the Bundy Ranch and Gold Butte, rancher Cliven Bundy has moved to reclaim some of his cattle previously stolen by the BLM.

After the Sheriff’s statement on stage at Camp Bunkerville, Cliven Bundy then made a list of demands, calling for the US Federal government’s 200 armed BLM agents to wrap-up their operation, and that they should begin “disarming the park service rangers”, and remove their equipment and structures to be “torn down immediately – within the hour”.

FAA orders “no fly zone” over Bundy Ranch (Intellihub, April 12, 2012):

The FAA ordered a no fly zone over the Bundy Ranch to prevent media coverage

NEVADA – As tensions rise between federal agents and protesters at the Bundy Ranch standoff in Nevada, the FAA has declared a no fly zone over the entire area.  “No fly zones” are a tactic that the US government uses in war zones, in order to maintain a monopoly over the airspace in a conflict zone.

In this specific situation it seems that the government agents are using this no fly zone as a way of keeping media aircraft out of the area, so their transgressions and brutality can not be seen by the general public.

The following notice was posted to the FAA’s official website: Continue reading »

Supporters gather to defend Bundy ranch in Nevada from feds (RT, April 11, 2014):

An intense showdown in the state of Nevada between a family of ranchers and federal agents continues to escalate after a longstanding land dispute two decades in the making came to a head earlier this month.

As RT reported earlier this week, hundreds of armed agents with the United States Bureau of Land Management and the Federal Bureau of Investigation have descended on the Clark County, Nevada ranch of 67-year-old Cliven Bundy to execute the court-ordered confiscation of nearly 1,000 cattle, according to his family, which the US government says have trespassed on federal property.

The Washington Free Beacon newspaper reported on Monday this week that 234 of the 908 cattle had been wrangled up by government agents and their contractors, and news of the dispute has since further propelled the story into the national spotlight.

Now it’s been reported that local cowboys have retrieved some of the confiscated cattle, and supporters of the Bundy ranch from around the region have flocked to Nevada to stand by their side.

Description:

Alex is joined by David Knight live from Clark County Nevada with embattled rancher Cliven Bundy covering the ongoing battle between the cattleman and the Bureau of Land Management and the utter violation of rights that is in progress.

The Founders were opposed to providing a centralized federal government with unlimited authority to purchase and, as is routinely the case today, seize state and private land.
During the federal convention debates in September, 1787, Elbridge Gerry, who later went on to serve as vice president under James Madison, contended federal purchase of land “might be made use of to enslave any particular State by buying up its territory, and that the strongholds proposed would be a means of awing the State into an undue obedience.”

In order to make certain the federal government did not abuse the Enclave Clause, the words “Consent of the Legislature of the State” were added.

Description:

On this Wednesday April 9 edition of the Alex Jones Show, Alex covers the latest developments on the federal government’s persecution of a rancher over grazing rights in Nevada. The rancher, Cliven Bundy, will talk with Alex on today’s worldwide broadcast. Bundy’s refusal to recognize federal authority over the land under dispute and his failure to pay tens of thousands of dollars in grazing fees stems from his assertion that his family’s history trumps Byzantine government bureaucracy. Alex also covers Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval’s criticism of the feds after they established a “free speech zone” for Bundy supporters.
