- Belgian Environmental Study Corroborates Existence and Effects of Weather Modification (Activist Post, Jan 2, 2013):

Even as the mainstream media and a television-obsessed American public refuse to admit the existence of chemtrails and government-sponsored weather modification programs, the evidence continues to mount with ever-increasing speed that not only do these programs exist, but they are also effective and widespread.

In addition to the recent study published in Environmental Research Letters entitled, “Cost Analysis of Stratospheric Albedo Modification Delivery Systems,” where the costs of delivering tonnes of aerosols into the stratosphere were examined in terms of a variety of different means, a 2010 study undertaken on behalf of the Belfort Group, a Belgian “environmental watchdog” organization, also corroborates much of the information compiled by citizens and activists the world over regarding the existence of chemtrails and stratospheric weather modification programs.

The study, entitled, “Contrail Science, Its Impact On Climate and Weather Manipulation Programs Conducted By The United States And Its Allies,” seeks to highlight “the specific problems associated with contrails emitted by aircraft, the manipulation for defense purposes of some of these trails by the United States government and the subsequent effect on quality of life.”

With a 16 square-metre ban­ner with the inscrip­tion “Why does Green­peace do not­hing about ura­nium muni­ti­ons and bombs, HAARP, chem­trails? – A Call for Action” (see pho­to­graph) and pla­cards with other slo­gans, the long-term chem­trails activist Wer­ner Alt­ni­ckel, toge­ther with con­cer­ned fel­low activists from the citi­zens’ initia­tive “Sau­be­rer Him­mel” (clean sky) (www.sauberer-himmel.de), demons­tra­ted in front of Greenpeace’s head­quar­ters in Ham­burg, deman­ding action from Greenpeace.

Greenpeace’s ear­lier slo­gan in Ger­man “Taten statt War­ten” (action instead of wait­ing) seems in the case of these sub­jects to have muta­ted into “wait­ing instead of action”. Green­peace has with­drawn to pas­sive posi­ti­ons, trus­ting blindly in state and pri­vate insti­tu­ti­ons and doing no rela­ted rese­arch its­elf. The “air mea­su­re­ment bus” has been sold, for example. Why? Is air pollu­tion a thing of the past? Or is the pro­blem that one might be embar­ras­sed to find some­thing in the air other than, say, die­sel exhaust?

Wer­ner Alt­ni­ckel also argues that the “Peace” in Greenpeace’s title years ago lost its justi­fi­ca­tion and should be remo­ved from the name, as Green­peace for a long time has taken no action against the wars star­ted by NATO, e.g. in Afgha­nis­tan, Iraq and now Libya. Hund­reds of thousands of civi­lian vic­tims and huge areas of ruined land seem to play no role any more for Green­peace. Gunderson (Ted) (November 7, 1928 – July 31, 2011[1]) was a retired United States Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent In Charge and head of the Los Angeles FBI. He was most famous for handling the Marilyn Monroe and John F. Kennedy cases. Ted Gunderson was born in Colorado Springs. He graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1950. Gunderson joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation in December 1951 under J. Edgar Hoover. He served in the Mobile, Knoxville, New York City, and Albuquerque offices. He held posts as an Assistant Special Agent-in-Charge in New Haven and Philadelphia. In 1973 he became the head of the Memphis FBI and then the head of the Dallas FBI in 1975. Ted Gunderson was appointed the head of the Los Angeles FBI in 1977, In 1979 he was one of a handful interviewed for the job of FBI director, which ultimately went to William H. Webster.

Planes or airships could carry sun-dimming materials high into the atmosphere for an affordable price tag of below $5 billion a year as a way to slow climate change, a study indicated on Friday.

Guns, rockets or a pipeline into the stratosphere would be more expensive but generally far cheaper than policies to cut world greenhouse gas emissions, estimated to cost between $200 billion and $2 trillion a year by 2030.

Transporting a million tonnes of particles to at least 18 km (11 miles) above the Earth every year to form a sunshade is “both feasible and affordable”, U.S. scientists concluded in the journal Environmental Research Letters.
