Former Chicago Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy on Sunday blamed the Black Lives Matter movement for causing an uptick in violent crime inside the country.
According to The Hill, McCarthy blamed protests against police brutality in cities like Baltimore, Ferguson, Mo., and Charlotte, N.C., for creating a “political atmosphere of anti-police sentiment.”
“So what’s happening, and this is ironic, is that a movement with the goal of saving black lives at this point is getting black lives taken, because 80 percent of our murder victims here in Chicago are male blacks,” McCarthy said during a radio interview with John Catsimatidis on AM 970 in New York on Sunday.
“Less than half of 1 percent of all the shootings in this city involve police officers shooting civilians.”Continue reading »
When you buy Kellogg’s products, you may be funneling money into the kind of hate-based operations associated with people who advocate killing cops in America. A Breitbart.com investigation found that “W.K. Kellogg Foundation has partnered with and given major donations to George Soros’s Open Society Institute and the Tides Center as part of its massive push to promote a far-left agenda.”
George Soros, often described as an “international terrorism money man,” is a key funding source for numerous radical, left-wing, anti-American groups such as Black Lives Matter which openly advocates executing police officers. (See video below for proof.)
Ferguson, Baltimore, Ferguson (again), Milwaukee, Charlotte. Much has been made by the media of the recent riots that have taken place across America.
Which begs the question: Are these riots passing occurrences or, like a series of smaller seismic events, a forewarning of much larger mass civil unrest to come? For the answers, we take a quick trip back in time.
Liberal billionaire gave at least $33 million in one year to groups that emboldened activists
There’s a solitary man at the financial center of the Ferguson protest movement. No, it’s not victim Michael Brown or Officer Darren Wilson. It’s not even the Rev. Al Sharpton, despite his ubiquitous campaign on TV and the streets.
Rather, it’s liberal billionaire George Soros, who has built a business empire that dominates across the ocean in Europe while forging a political machine powered by nonprofit foundations that impacts American politics and policy, not unlike what he did with MoveOn.org.
Mr. Soros spurred the Ferguson protest movement through years of funding and mobilizing groups across the U.S., according to interviews with key players and financial records reviewed by The Washington Times.
In all, Mr. Soros gave at least $33 million in one year to support already-established groups that emboldened the grass-roots, on-the-ground activists in Ferguson, according to the most recent tax filings of his nonprofit Open Society Foundations.
The financial tether from Mr. Soros to the activist groups gave rise to a combustible protest movement that transformed a one-day criminal event in Missouri into a 24-hour-a-day national cause celebre.
George Soros’s Open Society Institute viewed the 2015 Baltimore unrest following the death of Freddie Gray as opening a “unique opportunity” to create “accountability” for the Baltimore police while aiding activists in reforming the city, according to hacked documents reviewed by Breitbart Jerusalem.
The documents further confirm that the Open Society last year approved $650,000 to “invest in technical assistance and support for the groups at the core of the burgeoning #BlackLivesMatter movement.” Continue reading »
As America awaits to see if Charlotte will burn for the third consecutive night, Paul Joseph Watson points out something troubling: thugs burned down a city because a black cop shot someone, yet meanwhile the mainstream media spun it, or at least tried, as as “peaceful protest.” There is just one problem: violent criminals looting, attacking bystanders, attacking journalists, setting fires, smashing up cars, smashing up businesses and shooting at each other is not a “peaceful protest.”
And with all of these activities having been documented in the clip below, it is worth pointing out that:
Stealing and looting cash registers from local businesses is not a legitimate form of protest
A “protester” shooting another “protester” is not a legitimate form of protest.
Physically attacking reporters is not a legitimate form of protest.
Throwing rocks off bridges at passing vehicles full of families is not a legitimate form of protest
Beating up innocent people in parking lots because they’re white is not a legitimate form of protest.
Smashing up apartment windows where black people live to “protest” in favor of ‘Black Lives Matter’ is not a legitimate form of protest.
Trashing your own neighborhood is not a legitimate form of protest.
Looting the Charlotte Hornets team store so you can steal basketball merchandise is not a legitimate form of protest
Attempting to hijack cars and terrify their innocent occupants is not a legitimate form of protest.
What was unfolding in Charlotte – and may still be – is not a protest. It’s a violent, unjustified riot by criminals and thugs. The question is why is the media giving it legitimacy by still referring to it as a protest? Continue reading »
New documents have been leaked from George Soros’ Open Society Foundation. The documents reveal that the main reason behind funding the black lives matter wad to federalize the American Police force.
The leaked documents obtained from George Soros’ Open Society Foundation reveal the goal is to federalize the police. The black lives matter movement was funded by the organisation to acheive this.
Activist post reports: The document is aptly called, “Police Reform: How to Take Advantage of the Crisis of the Moment and Drive Long-Term Institutional Change in Police-Community Practice.” Breitbart reported: Continue reading »
They’re headed to the Republican convention with a mission to disrupt and distract
Billionaire George Soros has funded liberal organizations intent on bringing confusion, disarray and trouble to the Republican National Convention in Cleveland next week.
And they’ve already had some victories.
Civil rights group Color of Change — which Mr. Soros gave $500,000 to in his Foundation’s latest tax return — collected more than 100,000 signatures on a petition to demand Coca-Cola and other companies withdraw their support from the convention. The petition that featured a Coke bottle with the label, “Share a Coke with the KKK.”
Color of Change was joined by UltraViolet, another Soros-backed women’s rights organization, in the petition, an effort to amplify their collective voice against the GOP.
The hacker known as “Guccifer 2.0” recently uploaded new material to his website which he claims to have received courtesy of Nancy Pelosi’s PC. The new release includes several internal memos from DCCC staff as well as talking points on various topics.
Among the most interesting of the new disclosures is a memo from Troy Perry with talking points on how candidates and campaign staff should address various topics related to the Black Lives Matter movement. The memo notes that “presidential candidates have struggled to respond to tactics of the Black Lives Matter movement” and refers to the group as a “radical movement to end “anti-black racism.” Perry also warns not to use “trigger” phrases like “all lives matter” or “black on black crime.” The memo goes on to offer the following “Background” and “Tactics” for “best practices” when dealing with Black Lives Matters members: Continue reading »
Meet Rohini Sethi. She is the elected vice president of the student government at the University of Houston. Following the tragic shooting of five police officers in Dallas, she decided to exercise her first ammendment right on Facebook to write “#ForgetBlackLivesMatter; more like AllLivesMatter.” Although the post was later deleted, it was too late.
The politically correct, crybaby generation did what they do best: whine. “’Her post and subsequent actions were very divisive,’ student body President Shane Smith told the Washington Post. “It caused some in our student body to become very upset with her. They lost faith in her ability to represent them because they felt that she did not understand or respect the struggles in their lives”
Another student decried “For her to say on her social media ‘forget black lives matter,’ it’s almost as if to say if all of us were to die tomorrow, she wouldn’t care.” Keep in mind these kids will one day join the American work force. Continue reading »
I have come to realize something that is still hard for me to understand to this day. The following may be a shock to some coming from an African American, but the mere fact that it may be shocking to some is prima facie evidence of the sad state of affairs that we are in as Humans.
I used to be so torn inside growing up. Here I am, a young African-American born and raised in Brooklyn, NY wanting to be a cop. I watched and lived through the crime that took place in the hood. My own black people killing others over nothing. Crack heads and heroin addicts lined the lobby of my building as I shuffled around them to make my way to our 1 bedroom apartment with 6 of us living inside. I used to be woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of gun fire, only to look outside and see that it was 2 African Americans shooting at each other.
It never sat right with me. I wanted to help my community and stop watching the blood of African Americans spilled on the street at the hands of a fellow black man. I became a cop because black lives in my community, along with ALL lives, mattered to me, and wanted to help stop the bloodshed.Continue reading »
