AND NOW: Hillary Clinton Is “Too Big To Jail”

Hillary-Clinton-AIPACHillary Rodham Clinton Satanic Handsign

As Benghazi inquiry fades, Clinton still faces legal questions about emails:

“She’s too big to jail,” said national security attorney Edward MacMahon Jr., who represented former CIA employee Jeffrey Sterling in 2011 in a leak case that led to an espionage prosecution and 3½-year prison term. He cited a pattern of light punishments for top government officials who have mishandled classified information while lower level whistleblowers such as Sterling have faced harsh prosecutions for revealing sensitive information to expose waste, fraud or abuse in government.

At least 671 emails that Clinton sent or received through her private server contained classified material, according to the State Department’s latest update Friday from its ongoing review of more than 30,000 emails. Her aides also sent and received classified information.

In response to a public records lawsuit, the department released another 7,200 pages of Clinton’s emails after partially or entirely redacting any containing sensitive U.S. or foreign government information on a range of issues.

US Army Tests Swarms Of Drones In Major Exercise

Drones awaiting deployment during an exercise at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico on Sept. 3, 2015.

US Army tests swarms of drones in major exercise:

The U.S. Army has for the first time tested swarms of consumer drones during a major military training exercise and determined the low-cost technology is at a stage where it could be used offensively.

Off-the-shelf drones have brought what was previously complex and expensive technology into the reach of consumers, and the military was curious to see how much of a threat that might pose.

So it brought consumer quadcopters and octocopters to the Network Integration Evaluation war games that concluded earlier this month at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, and Fort Bliss, Texas.

During the exercise, which is used by the Army to help evaluate new technology, the drones were deployed as a swarm to simulate a threat. Later, the Army expanded the trials to discover whether it might be able to make use of the same technology.

Putin’s Approval Rating Reaches A New High

Vladimir-Putin-smile-sunglasses

Putin’s Approval Rating Reaches A New High:

Vladimir Putin’s approval rating in Russia has soared to yet another all time high; leaving all those who don’t like Putin or were hoping for some sort of regime change in Russia continue to be out of luck. One reason why we are even posting about this is that the Western press has also reported on the event, employing a somewhat less neutral tone of voice. What makes the sour grapes style reporting in the Western media especially funny is that while it is true that the Kremlin exerts extraordinary influence on the media in Russia, one wonders in what way their reportage on Syria is different from the reporting in the happily self-censoring US mainstream media on the Iraq war, especially in the run-up to said war.

Finnish Social Insurance Institution Drawing Up Plans For Citizens’ Basic Income Model

Kela to prepare basic income proposa:

The Finnish Social Insurance Institution is to begin drawing up plans for a citizens’ basic income model. The preparation’s director Olli Kangas says that full-fledged basic income would net Finns some 800 euros a month.

The Finnish Social Insurance Institution (Kela) will soon begin work on a presentation for basic income, regional news group Lännen Media reports. Once implemented, the model could revolutionise the Finnish social welfare system.

If implemented, the so-called basic income would replace other benefits people currently receive, and would therefore be rather high, Kela’s Research Department Manager Olli Kangas told Lännen Media.

Homicide Rates Cut in Half Over Past 20 Years (While New Gun Ownership Soared)

Homicide Rates Cut in Half Over Past 20 Years (While New Gun Ownership Soared):

The Pew Research Center reported last week that the murder rate was cut nearly in half from 7 per 100,000 in 1993 to 3.6 per 100,000 in 2013. Over the same period, overall gun deaths (including accidents and suicides) have fallen by one-third from 15.2 to 10.6 per 100,000.
In spite of this, Pew reports, the American public believes that homicides and gun deaths are increasing in the United States. Those who think violence is getting worse should probably watch less television and look around them instead. The murder rate in the US is currently similar to 1950s levels.Meanwhile, the number of privately owned guns (and gun commerce in general) in the United States has increased substantially in recent decades.

Fukushima nuclear waste now being found off all U.S. states on West Coast — Detected near shorelines of California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska this summer — Highest radiation just miles from San Francisco (MAP):

Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution: In the aftermath of the 2011 tsunami off Japan, the Fukushima Dai-ichi Nuclear Power Plant released cesium-134 and other radioactive elements into the ocean at unprecedented levels. Since then, the radioactive plume has traveled west across the Pacific… any cesium-134 detected in the ocean today must have come from Fukushima… We expect samples from the surface waters of the western Pacific that have not been contaminated by the Fukushima source to have 137Cs activity of between 1 and 2 Bq/m3 and for 134Cs to be “below detection.”

$20 Trillion In Government Bonds Yield Under 1%: The Stunning Facts How We Got There

$20 Trillion In Government Bonds Yield Under 1%: The Stunning Facts How We Got There:

… here are some shocking statistics on how we got there, and which we all take for granted, courtesy of BofA:

  • There have been 606 global rate cuts since LEH
  • $12.4 trillion of central bank asset purchases (QE) since Bear Stearns
  • The Fed is operating a zero rate policy for the longest period ever (even exceeding the WW2 Aug’37-Sep’42 zero rate period)
  • European central banks operating negative rate policies (Swiss policy rate currently -0.75%; Sweden’s policy rate currently -0.35
  • Just this month, the PBoC cut rates, the ECB confirmed QE2, Sweden announced additional QE, and the BoJ promised additional easing if necessary “without hesitation”
  • $6.3 trillion global government bonds currently yielding <0%
  • $20.0 trillion global government bonds currently yielding <1%

But wait, there’s more in describing what BofA says is the most immense and long-lasting monetary stimulus, i.e., bubble,  in history:

EPIC FAIL: Israel Accidentally Carves Russian Warplane Into Pumpkin For Israeli Air Force’s Halloween Decoration

And that Halloween pumpkin ‘accident’ will prove to be prophetic in the future.

Sunday Humor: Israel Accidentally Carves Russian Warplane Into Pumpkin For Halloween Facebook Post:

Say what you will about the Israelis, but you can’t exactly call them shy when it comes to anything that involves the military which is why we weren’t surprised to find out that the IAF carved a fighter jet into a pumpkin and posted it on Facebook yesterday.

That said, what we were surprised to discover is that whoever the pumpkin carver was accidentally used a Russian Sukhoi Su-27 as the model for the Israeli Air Force’s Halloween decoration.

At the risk of employing a pop culture cliche, we say: “epic fail”…

University Fees In Britain Doubles Prostitution:

The total number of prostitutes in the United Kingdom is not known and is difficult to assess, but authorities and NGOs estimated in 2009 that approximately 100,000 persons in the country were engaged in prostitution. According to data from the Office for National Statistics, prostitution contributed £5.3 billion to the UK economy in 2009.

Wifi Networks Can Now Identify Who You Are Through Walls

Wifi Networks Can Now Identify Who You Are Through Walls

Wifi Networks Can Now Identify Who You Are Through Walls:

Who needs a peep hole when a wifi network will do? Researchers from MIT have developed technology that uses wireless signals to see your silhouette through a wall—and it can even tell you apart from other people, too.

The team from MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab are no strangers to using wireless signals to see what’s happening on the other side of a wall. In 2013, they showed off software that could use variations in wifi signal to detect the presence of human motion from the other side of a wall. But in the last two years they’ve been busy developing the technique, and now they’ve unveiled the obvious — if slightly alarming — natural progression: they can use the wireless reflections bouncing off a human body to see the silhouette of a person standing behind a wall.

Not only that, the team’s technique, known is RF-Capture, is accurate enough to track the hand of a human and, with some repeated measurements, the system can even be trained to recognise different people based just on their wifi silhouette. The research, which is to be presented at SIGGRAPH Asia next month, was published this morning on the research group’s website.

Analyst Warns Of Turbulence: ‘Geopolitical Dislocations Could Result In Key Resource Supplies Disappearing’

Analyst Warns Of Turbulence: ‘Geopolitical Dislocations Could Result In Key Resource Supplies Disappearing’:

Some of the world’s biggest investors have been taking significant positions in the commodity resource sector as of late, most notably in gold. With geopolitical tension and fear of economic breakdown reaching a near boiling point, it’s not difficult to see why. Instability pervades the entire system, encompassing everything from financial markets to social safety nets. And while it is easy to ignore the seriousness of current events because stock markets remain at record highs and mainstream pundits continue to toe the recovery line, the fact is that an unexpected and seemingly minor event could well send the entire world into a tailspin.

According to analyst John Kaiser, this is exactly what we need to be concerned with. In a candid interview with Future Money Trends Kaiser explains just how political dislocations could result in supply lines to critical commodities like food, copper, zinc and gold being cut – even without a major war – should the United States, Russia and China continue to bump heads.

(Watch at Future Money Trends or Youtube)

Forget about the big, giant macro-economic increases in overall global GDP, but instead let’s look at the turbulence we’re starting to see where China is asserting itself in the South China Sea area… where Putin is eyeing its lost colonies in Europe and Central Asia and thinking maybe we should re-establish the Soviet empire… where we see instability in the middle east.

China’s Manufacturing Misses; Nonmanufacturing Worst Since 2008 Despite Unprecedented $1 Trillion “Debt Injection”

China’s Manufacturing Misses; Nonmanufacturing Worst Since 2008 Despite Unprecedented $1 Trillion “Debt Injection”:

The most anticipated economic release over the weekend was the early glimpse into China’s manufacturing and non-manufacturing sectors via the two key PMI surveys released by China’s National Bureau of Statistics, to get a sense if the slowdown across China is stabilizing or, as some have suggested, rebounding. It did not: overnight the NBS reported that the manufacturing PMI remained unchanged in October at 49.8 missing consensus estimates of a modest rebound to 50.0, its third consecutive month in contraction territory.

Record Radiation At Fukushima Power Plant Could Kill Person In Under 1 Hour

Record radiation at Fukushima power plant could kill person in under 1 hour – reports:

Deadly radiation levels of up to 9.4 Sieverts per hour have been recorded at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant – enough to kill a person in less than an hour if directly exposed, local media reports.

The mortal radiation reading was taken in a small room, using a remote-controlled robot, where a pipe leads to the containment vessel of the No. 2 reactor at the Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant, JIJI Press reported, citing Tokyo Electric Power Co (TEPCO).

The reading of 9.4 sieverts (Sv) per hour was taken during the September 4-25 checks. According to the operator, the highest levels of contamination were measured on the floor. TEPCO did not offer any further details. The company will start the decontamination process that it hopes to complete by December.

Deadly 9.4 sieverts detected outside Fukushima reactor 2 containment vessel; checks stop

Deadly 9.4 sieverts detected outside Fukushima reactor 2 containment vessel; checks stop:

Tokyo Electric Power Co. said Thursday that radiation levels of up to 9.4 sieverts per hour have been detected near a reactor containment vessel at the meltdown-hit Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant.

Sept. 4-25 checks found the extremely high radiation levels in a small building containing a pipe that is connected to the reactor 2 containment vessel at the plant, which was devastated in the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami, Tepco said.

World Health Organization: Prolonged Exposure to Even LOW Level Radiation Increases the Risk of Cancer

World Health Organization: Prolonged Exposure to Even LOW Level Radiation Increases the Risk of Cancer:

Over 300,000 Nuclear Workers from France, the UK and US Studied for Radiation-Cancer Link

A major new study coordinated by World Health Organization’s cancer division – the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) – finds that even low-level radiation increases the risk of cancer, if exposure occurs over time.

The IARC announced last week:

New results from a study coordinated by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), the cancer agency of the World Health Organization, show that protracted exposure to low doses of ionizing radiation increases the risk of death from solid cancers. The results, published today in The BMJ [the prestigious British Medical Journal], are based on the most powerful study to date and provide direct evidence about cancer risks after protracted exposures to low-dose ionizing radiation.

A Handy Solution to Every Pending Mandatory Vaccination Program

Brain-Scans-Vaccine

A Handy Solution to Every Pending Mandatory Vaccination Program:

Mandatory vaccination bills are sweeping the US right now, with this HealthImpactNews report that 15 US states are trying in one way or another to force vaccines on the public and squash people’s right to decide what kind of medical treatment they want – and to have sole domain and authority over what goes into their bodies. The mandatory vaccination program is really an assault on bodily sovereignty. It is the State saying,” You don’t know what’s best for you – we do. You don’t own your body – we do.” It is completely unacceptable from a purely rights-and-freedom-based perspective, even if vaccines were the greatest medical intervention ever – and they are a long, long, long way from this, as can be seen by their inclusion of toxic adjuvants, fetal tissue from aborted cells lines and their propensity to lead to viral shedding and contagion in those who take them.

Robot Buses Are Coming To America, To Pave The Way For Driverless Cars

Robot Buses Are Coming To America, To Pave The Way For Driverless Cars:

Self-driving buses are coming to America. The Bishop Ranch business park in San Ramon, California will be the first place in the U.S. to use French robo-buses to ferry passengers around.

Perhaps the best place for autonomous vehicles to start out is in this kind of training ground, although given the safety record of Google’s self-driving cars, the training might be for us humans in getting used to them. It’s hard to argue that preset routes and low speeds aren’t ideal for an introduction to driverless vehicles, and that’s just what the Easymile company specializes in.

The EZ10 is a driverless bus designed for short hops. It has been deployed in Europe—in Finland, France, and is just about to launch in Spain. The electric vehicles carry up to ten passengers, and have ramps for wheelchairs and strollers. The idea is that they carry you the “last mile” of your journey, and one of their main uses is in theme parks.

They say as California goes, so goes the nation, right? Let’s hope that’s not the case this time.

The Los Angeles Times reports that after state lawmakers and Democratic Gov. Jerry “Moonbeam” Brown passed legislation forcing most California children to be vaccinated, officials in L.A. County are now forcing all cat owners to microchip them.

Google and YouTube now engaging in wholesale censorship of content they don’t want the public to see:

“Take your pills and don’t ask questions. Drink the sweet wine of entertainment we have given you. Don’t think for yourself: just believe. The truth will no longer be published unless we allow it to be.”

Google, and its popular video sharing platform YouTube, are quickly becoming purveyors of propaganda, censoring material that could expose and question the status quo. These popular internet platforms are following in the footsteps of oppressive government regimes that punish whistle blowers and go after anyone who asks questions, seeks answers and reports on the most atrocious abuses of the day.
