Beets, Water Cress And Distilled Water For Longevity

“Organic raw beets and celery have the highest amounts of organic sodium. We eat them almost daily raw in salads and our fresh juices.

My father made several expeditions to primitive Russia and found people who lived amazingly long lives – some way over 120 years! Beets were an important part of their daily diet.”

“They got water cress from fresh mountain streams which they mixed with raw grated beets for a healthy salad!”
“Dad found areas where the main sources of water for drinking were rain and snow waters (distilled by Mother Nature) which helps reduce chances of having hardening of the arteries from inorganic minerals and chemical buildups. Many of these rural, ageless Russians had never tasted common table salt. Their arteries were healthy, flexible, youthful and free from the artery cloggers – inorganic minerals and chemical encrustations!”

Water cress has one of the highest contents of monoatomic gold!…

… and beet juice does help to cure cancer…

Beet juice has been mentioned in Galina Schatalova’s books.

She healed people from everything, including cancer, and walked with some of her students 500km through the desert after they have been cured (from life-threatening and absolutely debilitating diseases) with her method.
And they were performing on her diet much better than well trained people in another group doing the same march, with experts saying what she did is “impossible”. Well, she showed them that it is possible and easily so.
Beet juice increases the reduced oxidation inside the cancer cell 4-10 fold!
Dr. Wassiljew and others have found that the active ingredient here seems to be the pigment. An analog effect is found with the pigment in blueberries, black currant, grape juice and St John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum).
There is a discussion whether to use the fresh juice or the stale juice, because the stale juice seems to be more tolerable to the stomach.

BUT the fresh juice contains 2.5 ties more active oxygen, than the stale juice and the easy absorbable iron in fresh beet juice has turned into inactive iron in the stale juice.

The solution for me is to mix beet juice with other juices and to increase the volume very slowly according to tolerance.
How much? Dr. Wassiljewa recommends to drink 600g stale beet juice per day in equal portions in 4 hour intervals and one time at night.
Schatalova says that if you can’t tolerate the juice, then you may start with as little as a teaspoon and slowly increase the volume.

Carrots are mild cleaners, beets are strong cleaners.

I would recommend to start using beet juice twice a day with your regular juices.”
