Even though Muslim street praying has been outlawed in France since 2011, in the past year, the inconsiderate and mind-numbingly noisy Muslim tradition of raising their asses to allah in public, thereby blocking entire streets and sidewalks, is once again being practiced in Paris with no interference by police.
