When has Israel ever be honest?
Oh, wait a minute…
Russian President – Vladimir Putin – and Israeli Prime Minister – Benjamin Netanyahu – are holding talks in the Russian resort town of Sochi. The two leaders will reportedly discuss details and conditions of a cease-fire in southern Syria. The two officials will also touch upon regional and bilateral issues and discuss ways to prevent accidental confrontation in Syria’s airspace. The upcoming meeting would become Mr Netanyahu’s fourth visit to Russia over the past sixteen months. During the latest meeting in March in Moscow, the Israeli Prime Minister warned that Israel deemed Iranian military footprint in Syria unacceptable. Radio Sputnik discussed this issue with William Engdahl, a noted geopolitical expert and author.
