1. Logic dictates that all civilised Governments should be introducing training and apprenticeship schemes to take us forward to meet the agricultural demands of the future.
   But there seems to be minimal effort, pointing to either incompetence in bureaucracy (nothing new) or a deliberate plan to create and encourage food shortage, as murderous Yiddish henry kissinger (sic) advocated in his speech about controlling the food leads to controlling the people.
   Agenda 21 again.
