Russian officials say the current locust plague is the most massive they’ve seen in more than 30 years. It’s taking a major toll on the country’s agricultural south. CNN’s Matthew Chance reports.

    Somebody should get the bullet for this.

    There are thousands of bureaucrats responsible for environmental planning….especially in Russia.

    Bloody locusts follow a predictable pattern based on temperature, humidity, previous cyclic egg deposits, and timing. All predictable.

    Somebody took their eye off the ball.

    This is a ‘cock up’ and Vlad should make a scapegoat of the head of the Department that didn’t do its job.
