* December 2007 is when, according to the NBER, the recession started. The same recession which also according to the NBER ended precisely 6 years ago.

  1. 1.4 million workers have been moved from the MFG sector which paid very well and provided good benefits to the sector of slaves/service area…..Pay is far less, and benefits non-existent.
    Who gains? Greedy gut corporations.
Nobody else…..that is no longer allowed.
Go to any shopping mall, nothing but corporate chains, no independents to be seen……..
I was sorry to see BBC is firing 1000 workers, but rejoiced at the reason: Less and less people are watching TV. It is happening here, too, the web is taking over. F**k the propaganda artists!
It is the people who have to face and demand truth and change.
Until then, it will only get worse.
