Rhode Islander Nearly Wins Governorship With $35 Campaign (Video)

Despite spending only $35.31 on his Rhode Island gubernatorial campaign, the Moderate Party’s Bob Healey received 67,707 votes during this week’s election, or around 22 percent of all ballots. Speaking to RT’s Ameera David, the former Cool Moose Party member attributed his near success to voter dissatisfaction with the Democratic and Republican parties.
