The UN is a US controlled pawn. It can design as much as it likes on paper, but the truth is out of their control.
WW3 has already been fought and won……..it was 100% financial. I have posted this on several stories on this site over the last day or so if anyone is interested. The war is over, and Putin won.
The US in January of 2010 was the world reserve currency. 100% of all international transactions were completed in dollars.
Today, that number is down to 33%.
