  1. I have a degree in history. Nixon fell from power when I was in college, and I studied him and his henchmen at great depth. I read the books Nixon wrote, the books Kissinger wrote, and Theodore Whites “The Making of the President, 1960” covering the power of broadcast media. Nixon was the first to recognize and use its power in his Checkers speech in 1953.
At the time, some people compared Kissinger to Talleyrand. As a student of the 18th century, and of Napoleon I, I had to see for myself.
Like Talleyrand, Kissinger speaks truth from an amoral view. Unlike Talleyrand, he has no charm, no creativity, and no magnetism. He is a cold blooded elitist.
The good die young, and he is living proof.
