4 Major Japanese Corporations Evacuate From Tokyo To Osaka

4 major Japanese corporations are evacuating to Osaka (Fukushima Diary, Feb. 25, 2012):

On the regular press conference of Tokyo mayor on 2/24/2012, it turned out that 4 major Japanese corporations are moving the head offices from Tokyo to Osaka.
The companies are

Mitsubishi Corporation
Mitsui&CO.,LTD
The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd
Sumitomo Mitsui banking corporation

The journalist asked,
The city income of Tokyo has been decreasing for these 5 years.
Yesterday, the Mitsubishi Corporation, Mitsui&CO.,LTD, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd, Sumitomo Mitsui banking corporation and Panasonic (? Note : This is wrong. The head office of Panasonic is in Osaka from the beginning.) published they are going to move their head offices from Tokyo to Osaka.
It’s likely to damage the income more. What is your opinion ?

Ishihara Tokyo mayor,
Yes, that’s a problem, but it would be better for the entire economy of Japan.
